I prefer 8.1 for Neon City (shows sleaziness with the love hotel and datedness a bit better, while showing colorful, chaotic, hypercapitalistic and advanced). 8.2 is a bit too nuts for my taste, and actually kinda resembles an amusement park to me more, not being that city-ish.
