Dang, that is awesome.

The true power of us human beings is that we can change ourselves on our own.A Sunny Day is Watching Over You
I can appreciate the skill that went into it, but I'm not patient enough to listen to the whole thing as anything other than background music.

Nah, not a huge reggae fan.

He/they | Mostly here on my free daysHot damn, this definitely lives up to its name - it's like someone tossing hand grenades at a sampler. At times it kinda felt too edgy to take seriously, though, especially with that one vaguely Nazi-sounding sampled shout.

be nice to benjamin it's not his fault he got beat up by a microbeYou weren’t big on the last song I tried to show you, maybe you’ll prefer this?
It’s not really my style, but the style of the vocals is pretty nice.

"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."Grindy. I like it. Love the Stoner-esque breaks between the track.

One day you're here, baby / And then you're gone.....I know I just posted this song on this page, but I think you'd appreciate it more than Bird did, so...
Reverend Bizarre - Goddess Of Doom
It's not their best song, but it's definitely enjoyable.

No more Mr. Nice Guy / No more Mr. Clean / No more Mr. Nice Guy / They say, "he's sick, he's obscene!"Not what I would've expected from the title, but I like it. It's very catchy. It kinda sounds like something that would be sung by cute mooks in a fantasy setting.

Daisy, here's a song / About a love that's truly strong...This song’s one of those ones that’s a neat overlap for Classic and Modern Tre alike (both because I was really into LBP around its initial release, and because I’ve since branched out into just straight-up enjoying Battles themselves).
Smooth! I really dig how they’re nailing down that layered, atmospheric sound that some of the shoegaze stuff I’ve enjoyed in the past has had (in particular, I got a heavy Carnavas-era Silversun Pickups vibe from it), with just enough of a harder edge in a few areas here and there to be distinct (particularly with the scream vox in the mix there).

oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘One of my favorite Blackgaze songs.
Not my usual kind of jam, but enjoyable nonetheless!

i like it but i kinda find some of the lyrics a bit questionable or something
i must suck at critiqueing stuff, my responses are way too basic for this

Not really a fan of it. Sorry.

The true power of us human beings is that we can change ourselves on our own."Quirky" is the word that comes to mind. It's complex and bizarre in its sonic palette, yet there's a giddy playfulness permeating the whole thing. IDM for your inner child.

be nice to benjamin it's not his fault he got beat up by a microbeOh been waiting for ya, I got something for ye
it's not the usual industrial stuff
Uhhh... it's ok, not sure if I really liked it or not. Can't say beyond that

Yeah, it fit way better in the movie.
I dig it. Really enjoyed those little pre-choruses.

One day you're here, baby / And then you're gone.....Oooof, that's some 1980s-ass production if I ever heard any. The drum tone is particularly shitty; those snare hits are piercing, tinny, and mixed so loud they distract from the more important elements of the sound. THAT SAID, there is a good hard-rocking anthem buried under the questionable production choices.

be nice to benjamin it's not his fault he got beat up by a microbenot the best quality but this is a classic from my country. It's in Serbian
It's okay, if a bit too long. I somewhat liked it.

Solitude Aeturnus - Scent Of Death
It sounds like a bizarre hybrid of Primus, Oingo Boingo, System Of A Down, and Talking Heads. I like it.

No more Mr. Nice Guy / No more Mr. Clean / No more Mr. Nice Guy / They say, "he's sick, he's obscene!"Mr. Bungle - My Ass Is On Fire
I'm a bit biased towards not being a fan of the late-90s to mid-00s loud punk scene, but I do respect the craftsmanship of the musicians here.

The possum is a potential perpetrator; he did place possum poo in the plum pot.Rise Against - Dancing for Rain (Also, for some reason, the latter half of the video is pure silence. I have NO IDEA why the guy who uploaded the song did this)
Holy shit that was chaotic. A good kind of chaotic, but still, i couldn't figure out the genre until halfway through and i'm still in doubts whether i got it right. Anyways, pretty good one, really liked the riffs about 1/3's into the song.
