Yeah, the quote should be pulled for being non-illustrative.
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"I kind of like the page quote, even if it's been deemed a non-example.
Keet cleanupI question this recently added example to the video games subpage: Robin seems more Hot-Blooded than Keet:
- Robin Newman from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies is probably this trope on steroids: nearly all of his lines are spoken faster than usual, some have the Caps Lock on, and his sentences ending by "MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!", or a variation thereof. He even breaks ceramics when he gets busted with a lie while testifying. But that's only as a male, since he's actually a girl acting manly because her parents raised her as a guy. And when she reverts back to her true self, this trope gets subverted big time.
Yeah especially since [1]◊ they specifically make angles to make it look like she has Go Nagai Sideburns.
OK, removed it. How should the Laconic be changed?
Keet cleanupBoth PlayingWith.Keet and PlayingWith.Genki Girl list the other trope under "Gender-inverted".
Keet cleanupI mean, the crowner's still active.
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand! Can the crowner be hooked?
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Which crowner, the one that's already hooked? Something else? Or did you mean to say "locked"?
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!I meant called/locked.

Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Calling the crowner for the winning option.
OK, what, if anything, should be done with the Laconic and Playing With pages?
Keet cleanupI was trying to clean up the Western Animation page but ran into some confusion. Would Bolin from The Legend of Korra be a keet or not? I find him boyish and little brother-like but he doesn't have any feminine qualities.
I never watched the show but a glance at the wiki makes him sound more like a goofy The Big Guy type personality? If so that for sure isnt this.

What happened to the crowner?
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Looks like someone edited it to test something; it should really be changed back.
Keet cleanupWe should probably re-write the description... ~Memers?
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"And what should be done about the quote and laconic pages? Do page quotes always have to be examples, considering we have page images that aren't examples?
Keet cleanupAll that's left to do is clean-up the pages and move bad examples to Genki Girl, right?

The description was never re-written... Here's a first-pass at it, though I don't know how much of an improvement it is. Sandbox.Keet.
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"Should we axe the quote too, as Genki was deemed a Genki Guy? Also, once all the subpages are cleaned up, they should probably all be merged; Genki Girl isn't split and has far more wicks.

Keet cleanupLooking at this old Image Pickin' thread, even back in 2011 people thought Keet just meant "hyperactive guy". shimaspawn said that Son Goku from Saiyuki doesn't qualify because "He's not an Audience Surrogate for a FEMALE audience. He's a stand in for a male audience." However, I think he does qualify since, as stated in that thread, Saiyuki clearly aimed for a female Periphery Demographic despite being shonen. That being said, his entry is lacking context.
Still not sure what to do with the Laconic and page quote.

Keet cleanupCan we get this thread moving again? I think these two are misuse: they're loud and hyperactive, yes, but certainly not a stand-in for a female audience.
The Space Sphere on Characters.Portal:
- Keet: He's very excited about space.
- Keet: The Wave Core is really excited about underwater tests. Understandably, he's friends with the Space Core.
Crown Description:
What would be the best way to fix the page?
I still haven't gotten a response about the page quote referring to a non-example, and I don't think the only remaining quote on the Quotes page works. The Laconic page and description also need to be updated to reflect the new definition.
