I think Palps and Vader is clearer than the Hexed example; I didn't immediately catch that she was speaking through him.
Judging by the trope description, the suggestions seem to be lacking in He Who Must Not Be Seen aspect.

My suggestion included that aspect.
I favor Hexed over Star Wars for the (apparent) lack of overlap with The Dragon.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
Is Hexed overlapping with Voice for the Voiceless? Or some other trope where a mute character "speaks" through another character?
So far, 3.1 has my support for best illustrating the trope without relying on speech bubbles.

I think the Hexed pic is a lot better for Voice for the Voiceless than that page's current pic.
Eh, I'm not sure. On one hand, Hexed benefits from the voiceless character having a covered mouth while the speech bubbles (apparently spoken by her) are coming from her companion instead. On the other hand, I'm admittedly partial to the way the current illustrates the trope visually with Navi's speech bubble covering up Link's empty speech bubble.
