Hunger Games Simulation: Beyond the Possibilities

If I change a tribute's description right before the season begins, does the change still get applied? (Example:I added "Safe.(?)" to the Invader's description.)

It's best that you state your tribute's flag right away, before running begins to avoid them being retroactively shipped with a tribute too old/young for them by our standards. Since running hasn't started yet, you're good.

Jake and Bale have set up the Clean Save for Billy.

However, we'd like to ask ~Janky Kong on what to do with the dolphin's scum event. We're not sure if it should be blacklisted because of the innuendo since we're concerned about red flags and below mishearing it, or if it should be revised to be less dirty since the tribute doesn't necessarily have to mishear the phrase that way.

I don't know if it would be enough to revise it to indicate that (Player2) is merely reacting to what (Player1) said, rather than actually doing anything about it. I suppose the second half could be omitted completely for a safe version, though I personally feel the event loses its joke at that point, so I'm fine with it getting blacklisted/cut.

It was another bright and sunny day in Panem, and the 231st season of the Hunger Games were about to begin. The tributes this season, coming from all around the Multiverse, were very eager to see who could make it to the podium this time.

The Snow Controller officiated the season like usual, ending it by telling the tributes: "May the odds be ever in your favor". The season began, and the tributes were off like lightning!

• Some Very Useful Tributes◊^* Yes, I know Iris's picture is broken here. Couldn't figure out why, and it's fine everywhere else, so we chose to just roll with it

• Battle Music: Thomas Branchline Theme - Thomas the Tank Engine

• The Bloodbath!◊
  • Bilby and the Indifferent Universe teamed up straightaway to kill as many tributes as they could, but they were not able to defeat anyone here.
  • Meanwhile, everyone was hoping that Iris had brought a lovely picnic dinner of pizza, but no one was around to help her eat it.
  • The alien tried to eat the Cornucopia, but it didn't work and he simply looked foolish afterward.
  • The Supercell Logo announced to everyone that it had been alive for three seconds, and it hoped it would stay alive for many more.
  • Kronii made no such declarations to the rest of the tributes and simply prepared to end them all.
  • V1 declared to the others that they would not pass the castle gate. Given there was no castle nearby, however, the others simply wondered what V1 was getting on about.
  • The Snail and Rayquaza had barely even started when they received invitations to a Death Battle from Wiz and Boomstick. The other tributes gossiped to each other about how it wouldn't be much of a fight.
  • Then, there was trouble. The Elfa Strike Squad fell into a pit while fleeing from the Cornucopia. Unluckily, everyone was hurt, and the squad perished in the pit.
  • Tickety Tock was confused. What was a Bloodbath, anyway? The clock took this to mean taking a bath in actual blood; she filled a tub with blood and began to bathe in it.
    "Disgraceful!" said Gordon.
    "Disgusting!" put in James.
    "Despicable!" finished Henry.
  • Convinced she could befriend it, SpongeBob SquarePants' grandmother left the Cornucopia with the podium she had been standing on.
  • King Dedede took it upon himself to give an introductory speech to the rest of the tributes, lasting for the entirety of the Bloodbath. Nobody paid him much notice.
  • The Badly Drawn Gingerblade arrived at the Arena from far up in the sky, landing directly on his podium with a whumph! Luckily, he was not hurt.
  • Fit and determined to last through the season, the Grimmsnarl arrived with some of his favorite good luck charms.
  • Straightaway, Noir went up to Mai to punch her in the face. "Noir, don't you realize it's Opposite Day?" asked Mai. Much to her chagrin, Noir punched herself in the face instead.
  • Spamton-Luke Atmey arrived at the Arena managing to rip open a hole in space with only a steel chair. He arrived thinking about how clever he was to do this.
  • Bang Jack found nothing but a paper fan in the Cornucopia. He figured he might find a use for it regardless, however.
  • Worrying that she would not survive the Bloodbath, Mumei decided to lie in a ditch and pretend to be dead. It worked! Nobody paid her any mind.
  • Eleanor and Ghostrunner 74 decided to pick a fight against Cosma and Yuga. Unfortunately, Cosma and Yuga quite overpowered them and laid the two to rest right there in front of the Cornucopia.
  • Meanwhile, from the sky fell...nothing.
  • Luka thought it would be clever to try to talk to me, but it didn't do any good since I was only paid to narrate, not interact with the tributes.
  • Amidst the confusion going on around the Cornucopia, the dapper young man simply took pictures of everything going on.
  • Milady attempted to block the tributes' way.
  • Despite seeing many incredible and terrifying things in her many adventures outside the Arena, the confusion around the Arena was too much for Anne to comprehend and her head blew up. "Fire and smoke!" said another tribute at the sight.
  • Dr. Beckett knew of a secret family technique to escape the Cornucopia and exclaims...erm...oh, botheration! I cannot pronounce this!
  • Dillon rolled onto his podium with a trail of sparks flowing behind him.
  • Adit, Sopo, and Jarwo descended onto the Arena from Heaven.
  • Nassu found a sniper rifle almost as big as he was in the Cornucopia.
  • Pino wanted to see more nominators to participate in the Hunger Games. After thinking about it, she got a bright idea: "I want to start an idol band with Makoto and Pac-Man!"
  • Some tributes chose to simply go on into the Arena without taking anything: Haggis, Mino, Rosaria, the Invader, Spamton-Q Maou, Baldur, Phichit, Magni & Modi, Krang, Super Ghostbusters (on a horse) and Yurine (by yeet).

• Day 1!◊
  • Haggis went up to nothing whatsoever and asked: "I want you to make me a drink!" After this, Haggis was promptly made into a drink. "Hurrah!" He exclaimed.
  • Feeling cheeky after finding Super Ghostbusters busy on the phone, Yurine and Bilby prank him by throwing a trash can over top of him and then drop-kicking him. This made Super Ghostbusters very cross.
  • Phichit rebooted as though he were a computer, having seen far too much already.
  • Luke created a mask of his own face and wanted someone to wear it. "I know, I'll get Bang Jack to wear it!" He decided. After much convincing, Bang Jack reluctantly decided to do so.
  • Saddened by what happened to Anne during the Bloodbath, Tickety played a somber version of the tribute's theme song in their honor.
  • Mumei decided to cause some trouble, much to the consternation of V1.
  • Having hidden away and drank an excess amount of an alcoholic Pokémon beverage, the Grimmsnarl thought he could be as good of an artist as a Smeargle and began to draw with his hair. The result was positively dreadful.
  • Rayquaza was feeling quite conceited and asked no one in particular who would dare defeat them in the end. "All the remaining tributes!" said Krang with a laugh.
  • Mino believed there was a fire in Spamton-Luke's campsite and asked him about it. "AURORA BORELAIS [[YES]]" He replied. Mino was incredulous that there would be an Aurora Borealis at this time of year, at this time of the day, in this part of the Arena, and all contained entirely within Spamton-Luke's campsite no less.
  • Juniper was quite embarrassed about actually being a pacifist. What would the other tributes say if they found out?
  • Nussa wanted to make it clear to the Invader that there would be no disintegrations in the Arena.
  • For Magni and Modi, it was always time for an invasion.
  • Cosma was very busy. She had decided to build the theoretical Euthanasia Coaster and wanted to trick some of the other tributes into riding it. She successfully got Pac-Man, SpongeBob SquarePants' grandmother, Makoto, the Supercell Logo, and the Indifferent Universe to ride it, resulting in their deaths.
  • Dr. Beckett baked Baldur a pie and gave it to Baldur. "OUCH!" cried Baldur. The pie was filled with ice. This made Baldur very cross with Dr. Beckett.
  • Mai's powers were such that she could clear the skies in the Arena in no time flat, as she demonstrated to the Gingerbrave.
  • Adit, Sopo, and Jarwo offered Noir some bone broth they made recently. Noir refused it, believing it to have been made from Milady's bones. Noir realized from the trio's expressions that her assumption was correct.
  • Meanwhile, the snail took Pino, Rosaria, and the Cheers fellow on an excursion through its favorite ruins.
  • "OH HELP!!!" Kronii cried as the bicycle course she decided to ride her bicycle down spontaneously came to live and ate her alive.
  • Even though he hadn't spoken two words to Spamton-Q since the season started, Dillon felt the need to apologize to Spamton-Q for a previous slight regardless.
  • Yuga got very worried, for the last person he wanted to have approach his secret base, Iris, had found him.
  • Having a lot of time on his hands, King Dedede created a computer using only Shrek action figures.

The remaining tributes faced the Bloodbath and one day, but who knew what would be coming next...

Oof, the reserve curse has occurred to me again, maybe HGS is too cruel for Anne to handle, at least she isn't alone, as she ended the same place as Spinel Sun.

The Invader is pretty in character. It has blades for hands so it made sense for it to not bother with taking a weapon. Disintegration sounds like something the Invader would do, too.

Anyway, I was gonna put an F in the chat for Anne, but Just beat me to it.

The Indifferent Universe remains indifferent to this development of her death.

Yurine and Pino are still alive! Hooray!

The first evening fell upon the Season, and the busy little tributes continued their adventures in the Arena:

• Battle Music: Gordon's Theme - Thomas the Tank Engine

• Night 1!◊
  • "This is wonderful!" said Luka as he deep-fried another kind of food.
  • Iris was convinced that "latte" was referring to coffee, rather than milk.
  • "Swing your arms from side to side..." Cheers Guy told Adit and the others.
  • "Hurrah!" Baldur boasted to the snail. "I have consumed Ketamine and I'm going to die!" Immediately after saying this, Baldur fell over dead.
  • Spamton-Q was quite fed up with Rosaria and left her in the large Tribute Community Chest. Luckily, Rosaria escapes.
  • ...To tell the truth, I'm not sure what to say about that either.
  • As all of this was going on, Noir was simply going about her day.
  • V1 quite nearly beat an already injured Rayquaza within an inch of their life, but it quickly turned out that this was only part of the process of healing them.
  • When Bilby wasn't looking, Dillon stole Bilby's until-now unseen glasses and tried wear them, but they made Dillon very dizzy. Dillon returned them to Bilby with an apology.
  • Haggis entered Mino's camp with the pizza that Iris nelgected to bring into the Arena earlier. "Pizza time!" Haggis declared.
  • Spamton-Luke found Pino dead in a very ironic manner, and his first reaction was to play "Ironic" over the speakers. Some of the other tributes found this very tasteless.
  • After learning about stuntmen going over waterfalls in barrels, Yuga decided: "I can do that, too!" Luckily, Yuga survived the plummet.
  • Tickety agreed to an interview with Gingerbrave over her experiences in the Arena thus far, but he used the Quick Quotes Quill to exaggerate everything she told him. This made Tickety sound quite ridiculous.
  • Phichit, the Invader, and Nussa pranked Super Ghostbusters by putting a rocket in their bag of seeds before they went to plant them. Suddenly, enormous plants grew out of the ground!
  • The Grimmsnarl miraculously survived an event that ought to have killed him, but this made the Peacekeepers very cross. "Bother!" the Grimmsnarl said as the Peacekeepers surrounded him.
  • Magni and Modi found Juniper stuck in quicksand. "Help!" she called. Luckily, Magni and Modi rescued her.
  • Believing they would activate the alien's hitherto unknown water powers, King Dedede and Mumei throw water bottles at him.
  • Mercy! There was a snake in Cosma's boot!
  • It looked like Yurine simply wanted to make Bang Jack look silly.
  • Krang huffed along through the Arena, and found a sapling blocking his path. Krang scoffed and simply cut his way through it.
  • The swingset at the playground was suddenly launched up far into the sky and into the Forcefield even though there didn't appear to be anyone on it. Everyone was puzzled.

• Day 2!◊
  • Mino compared Super Ghostbusters' voice to a siren. Super Ghostbusters wasn't sure if they were supposed to take that as a compliment or not.
  • Tickety Tock enrolled in a school that Mumei had started in the Arena. However, with only clock hands to use, Tickety wasn't able to get very far in her classes.
  • Gingerbrave decided to attempt the Ice Bucket challenge and gathered 50 buckets of cold water to use for it. But he only got 25 buckets in before he realized the water was causing him to break apart, so he did not finish the challenge.
  • Adit and friends were given quite a fright when they saw absolutely nothing.
  • Magni and Modi opened a theme park themed after themselves. This made the other tributes very curious, and they came to the park in droves.
  • Noir found a curious drink while in the park, and, against her better judgement, drank it. Suddenly, she shrank to a much smaller size!
  • Nussa caught Krang drinking something. "Aha!!" Nussa believed that Krang was drinking milk, a strange thing for a fearsome creature like himself to be drinking.
  • Luka felt that the bilby, Spamton-Luke, and the alien needed to go to solitary confinement. That putting all three in solitary confinement would defeat the purpose of it being solitary confinement never occurred to him.
  • Phichit attempted to drop-kick Iris over the side of a cliff, and he succeeded in doing so. Phichit thought about how clever he was.
  • Juniper insulted the Invader's...waifu? Bother, what are these strange words?
  • An argument that Haggis, Yurine, Spamton-Q, and Rayquaza are having escalated into a full-on fight. "SILENCE!" snapped the Snow Controller, feeling they were accomplishing nothing but causing confusion and delay.
  • Rosaria tested out her newly acquired hypnosis skills by making Mai and Bang Jack think their arms were glued together. It worked, and they could not separate themselves until Rosaria said "cucumber".
  • Dillon, V1, and Yuga discovered a genie. The genie, thankful for their freedom, granted them one wish each. Dillon and V1 both wished to go home. Yuga, very excited to get a wish, said aloud: "I wish Dillon and V1 were here to see this!"
  • "Ain't the Hunger Games the greatest fanfiction of all?" King Dedede asked Dr. Beckett. Dr. Beckett didn't seem sure how to answer.
  • Cosma tried to add to her already impressive kill count by trying to shoot Cheers Guy from behind, but she missed. She was so dejected that she simply left.
  • Bother, why am I now an enormous snail? ...Oh, that is why.

Now, if I do not get the script too terribly slimy, the story shall continue shortly...

Invader, while slightly less in character, is still chaotic. Anyways, who or what would be the Invader's waifu?

Super Ghostbusters has the voice of a siren. He is therefore destined to win.

lmao Super Ghostbusters does have the voice of a death metal growling siren (see "Ghost Boston" from Super Ghostbusters)

Pichit went from nice guy into jerkass in one update lol
