It’s basically for the blacklisted events. Flagging is done by a tribute's age, sapientness or relation to another so they won’t be involved in squicky pedophillic, incestuous or zoophilic pairings.
Sora would be a yellow flag.

Those events already exist, did you just grab them from the simulator?
(also, smoking events don't need to be blacklisted, only romantic/sexual events are blacklisted)
