I wrote down and got a funny joke off my chest. :) How does this look for something put on an invitation to a party?

I set a 30 minute timer to read more of the book I've had off my shelf since June. When the timer went off I kept going. I wanted to get to the end of the scene.

I'm focusing more on reading this week than I have all 7 months of quarantine.

A small step is still a step forward.

I expanded on one of my story ideas a bit. The Stone Cutters' zoo now has 1,401 different species in it.

While I was pulling out of the parking lot of my favorite cafe, a beautiful woman smiled at me. :)

In honor of a good America holiday, I just finished listening to the state song for all 50 U.S. States.

I just finished Devil May Cry 5 yesterday! It was a very fun game, and I am having even more fun while playing it on New Game Plus mode.

I finished creating every character for my story. The problem is that I want to appeal to children but I don't know what to do without getting too dark.

Probably what I get for reading Watchmen on the side.

I got my math schoolwork done. And I'm trying to all my schoolwork today, hopefully, and maybe set aside some time for TVT.

I completed NaNoWriMo! I wrote a little bit, every day, and I got up to 50 000 words!

My novel isn't completely done, as there's cleanup to do, and I've not fully finished it yet. But I did it! I saw the challenge to completion! And considering how long it's been since I last wrote something, I feel a bit accomplished.

Sure, I'll probably hate it later, but for now, I'm satisfied with feeling like I completed a challenge.

This December day was actually warm enough for me to go for a nice walk. As a matter of fact, today has been better than yesterday, period. :)

A few days ago I realized that I have spent an entire year without any form of academic studies whatsoever, for the first time since 2007. Not that I've been able to enjoy that very much, because everything else about this past year has been a distraction from something I should be very happy about.

I kicked Shido's ass on the first try.

Nice! Haven't played the game myself yet (plan to eventually) but I've read about how difficult he is from the Atlus subpage for That One Boss... yeah I have a habit of spoiling myself on stuff lol

Made myself breakfast this morning! Unfortunately I then proceeded to drop the entire thing while trying to carry it out with one hand...

I think I just found my new favorite version of the "12 Days of Christmas" song. :) Though I also still like the one where the guy says "On the First Day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a beer." XD

After seven attempts and a half hour of grinding, I finally beat Matador in Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne.

I’m thinking of adding South Dakota as one of the vacation destinations in one of my future vacation stories.

It took a while, but I finally completed my menu for the New Year's weekend.

I finished building this chair I got for Christmas. It's smaller and in much better shape than the one I've already had (though what I've already had is still at least usable for me). Maybe we can give it away or something. Anyway now I treat myself to snacks and catching up with Hilda.

I finally got MechWarrior: Online to work on my machine and played in a few matches!

Spent the day being pretty bummed about not getting to see friends. Then my friend told me we'd be having a Discord party. I won two of our Jackbox games despite only playing them for the first time. Pretty good night all things considered.

After being too bummed to write fic for the entirety of 2020, I uploaded something to my ao3 for the first time in a year and a half!

I’m already brainstorming about fun plans to make when the weather warms up. :)

I recently realized that last year I got to craft more things than in the previous two years put together. Both tabletop miniatures and puppets for animation. One of the upsides with unemployment due to a pandemic is the extra time for side projects.
