Other ways to hit the final boss include Zangetsu's whip subweapon, Miriam's triple Dagger, Alfred's lightning, and Gebel's basic attack (I think? It's possible that he needs to be swapped to at the apex of a Miriam jump.)
I have a message from another time...Man, the lightning boss with the wind currents is an asshole. Also the fact that you can Souls instead of recruiting is pretty awesome.
Bad news; apparently the release of the Beta demo to backers has been delayed a week until the 28th to fix bugs that showed up in the E3 build.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerShame, but nice that they're being proactive.
As for the difficulty options, I never game overed in my standard runs.
Only when I went it alone. The game is so generous with lives that it is almost a non issue.
I wish Miriam was my friend.
Gotta concour, I've always played in Veteran mode, and haven't had any serious trouble. But it's still challenging enough to keep it engaging. I think I Game Overed once, but since it just restarts you at the beginning of the level, it isn't a big deal.
Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation.Who's played the Demo, then?
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerThe demo is only for backers, right?
Mileena MadnessCorrect.
It's overall good, gameplay is mostly solid. Difficulty is in general on par with Aria of Sorrow. It's a bit rough around the edges as it's admittedly a beta test.
Shame it looks like arse. Yeah, it's the style backers were voting on, but a bit more TLC with the backgrounds and colour in general would've been nice.
Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence. In today's backer update, they mention that the shaders used in the beta demo are indeed unfinished and not what they want for the final release.
So, the Vita version is cancelled. Sad face.
Now, the question is... Do I get the PS 4 version, which means I'm stuck with a non-portable game, or get the Switch version in the likely chance I get a Switch down the line?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I'm not even half surprised that they gave up on the Vita. Sony themselves did.
Growing up, it's like a civil war, don't turn away, it's something you can't ignore...Yep. Not surprised, doesn't mean I'm not unhappy.

Growing up, it's like a civil war, don't turn away, it's something you can't ignore...Getting MN 9 deja vu
Mileena MadnessFrom what exactly?
Not just the delay, but the Vita cancelation. Granted, the team did say this instead of not addressing it like the MN 9 mobile game ports.
Mileena MadnessI don't think it's fair to compare it to MN 9 like that. I mean lets face it, the Vita is dead. Sony has straight up abandoned the thing. Plus unlike Mighty No.9, they didn't kneecap the game so it could run on it, they were gonna give it to a porting company after the game was finished. Plus the demo was well received, it looks way better visually, Curse of the Moon was a fantastic game, they're not immediately announcing cartoons, movies or launching a second crowdfunding game, and there's no terrible. cringe inducing ad that insults it's main market.
The delay is a bummer, but they hadn't announced a definitive release date like Mighty No.9 did, so it stings less. Plus now it doesn't have to worry about the packed October to December period, featuring the Red Dead Murder Zone.

A corpse should be left well enough alone...Wait, the Vita is still a thing?
Disgusted, but not surprisedApparently not.
The Vita section at my local store is a two foot wide shelf of used games stacked facing out (so no more than ~eight games are visible).
My Vita has actual piles of dust on it.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerI thought you were yelling but realized the article title was also in all caps.
Just 20 people? And that was a big team by old standards? Huh.
I'm doing a solo run with Zangetsu, and I'm seriously tempted to do that.
