What are we defining as "official" holidays? Mainly because I would get a kick out of September 19th having Talk Like a Pirate, because, well...
That aside, it would be good to have an actual list of off-limit dates posted.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)I'm not speaking officially here, but I would assume
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- Valentines Day (February 14th)
- April Fools day (April 1st)
- Easter?
- Fourth of July
- Halloween
- US Thanksgiving?
- Christmas (Dec 25)
Would be "official"

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Do we have a known anniversary for the site?
April 1, 2004 is when the site was registered, I believe.
The irony of that is very amusing.
I had similar sentiment when I first found out.
Is there a list of dates taken so far?

My game. I reckon it's gonna be a big oneMay 28 for any one of the following: The Band Minus the Face, Barefoot Cartoon Animal, Drive-In Theater, Fish People, Rogues Gallery Showcase or Time Stands Still. (Suggested because I created all those pages and May 28 is my birthday. Modesty? What's that?)

"But... nobody told me I needed a signature!"March 14 for Mouthful of Pi. Truly the most difficult and imaginative connection possible.
If February 2 isn't Groundhog Day Loop I'll be sorely disappointed.
Stupid doomed timeline...Now the trick is to resist the urge to put February 2 on there twice.
Also, can April 20 be Everybody Must Get Stoned? Or maybe Marijuana Is LSD?

Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Erudite Stoner is another possibility for April 20th.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.October 3rd should be either Gate of Truth or Berserk Button since it is the day inscribed on Ed's pocket watch in Fullmetal Alchemist and the former was named for that and Ed is the photo definition for Berserk Button. I can't really decide which is better but I think I'm leaning toward Berserk Button.
With a tip of the top hat.On hold for now - locking down thread.
