Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

It also happened to Business of Generic Importance, which had a launch notice, but at least that one was undercooked enough to be sent back.
Like, we gotta check the draft history, it's so much easier to read nowadays.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
There's something off with this draft. I can't tell if this is some poor attempt at a joke, trolling, or a case of someone having no idea what they're actually doing, but the "description" consists of a copy-pasted guideline template wholesale, with the actual description above that being bare bones. Better keep an eye on this in case it starts attracting mass bombs and popcorning.

It's not a joke, the sponsor did pitch it as a legit idea in Sounding Board, but how they messed up the description I don't know.
Queer Establishing Moment has been launched, but the description doesn't really make sense. These issues were brought up in TLP, but not really fixed before launch.
It's also been brought up here.

Yes, it was added to the trope description improvement thread after I made that post and rewrote it myself.
Feels a little weird still, however to have had such a major rewrite just after launch and makes me wonder if perhaps it didn't need more time.

Yep, my hunch was correct. Road Hazard Fellatio is gathering a large amount of bombs at a fast rate. It appears the sponsor had abandoned the draft the moment they created it, so it's very unlikely that they'll heed our advice to fix the description.

I think Head In Oven might've been rogue launched. No launch date and someone that isn't the sponsor launched it (I don't think it was up for grabs either so there's that).

~Gaby 007: I was previously suspended for launching someone else's draft without permission in the past. I assure you, this is a bad idea.

There should be a system to prevent rogue and stealth launching.
When someone attempts to launch a draft, instead of immediately becoming a trope page, it sits in a "lobby" of sorts. It stays there till the mods look into it.
- If the mods feel that the draft is good enough, it passes.
- If not, it is sent back to the TLP for further work. Alternatively, the drafts can still be edited while in the lobby if the issues are minor.

The latest reply on the TLP draft was from the sponsor saying they plan to launch it soon. While I preferred if they had an actual launch date and placed it on the draft, I don't think it counts as a stealth launch.

For future reference, it's best not to make accusations of a draft getting stealth launch unless it's clear it was one. It happened in this thread two pages ago with Criminal Found Family, and it's happening again now.
