Okay. Got Ryofuko-chan OVA 1, OVA 2 is coming. Hopefully only those two will be needed to give a veredict. Stay tuned and wish me luck. I feel that I'm gonna need it.

EDIT 1: Only two minutes into the first episode and it already is looking like bad mojo. Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko fall from the heavens into a beach in Japan, their clothes all disheveled and showing risque amounts of skin. The OP is also full of risque imagery, with bikini shots of Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko that focus a bit too much on places that shouldn't be focused on when we're talking of little girls.

Looking at those other manga serialized in Comic High, this probably ain't gonna be fun. One of them is terrible (if wiki-safe) and the other two I mentioned are utterly reprehensible pedo-pandering.

Chapter 1: Older brother is an unrepentant siscon, not that that within itself is problematic. Less than ten pages in his little sister walks in on him in the shower completely naked. No censor steam or Barbie Doll Anatomy is used. The little sister looks about ~14-15 with the "excuse" that she's 18. She also "accidentally" leaves her bra behind when she visits his apartment overnight.

Report number 2: Close to halfway through the first episode. There has been a pantyshot from Ryofuko as Chinkyuuko got her out of the pajama and dressed her for school, but apart of that, there has been no more loli fanservice, surprisingly. Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko definitely do not act like the little girls they are.

Oh and Chinkyuuko is a pervert who likes big breasts, apparently.

Report number 3: The girls and boys at the school Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko go to seemed to have a health examination that day, so obviously, there was some underwear showing as they changed into P.E. outfits. During the examination, a weird slime monster with acidic secretions has stormed into the building and left the teacher and two schoolgirls topless. The teacher is the one who gets the most focus when that happens, however. Getting close to the end of OVA 1.

Report number 4: Spoke too quickly. Ryofuko gets a transformation sequence similar to that of a Magical Girl, complete with showing skin for a second. Then, right before the end, there has been a bathing scene with Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko. Although it didn't get much focus, since it was the end of the episode, it surely is a foreshadowing of what I am to expect from the next OVA. Oh, and the school headmaster is a weirdo who sings a song about oni panties.

Moving on to next OVA! Stay tuned and wish me luck!

Re: Oniichan Control Chapter 2:

Gratuitous shower scene with the little sister. The only thing keeping this from being softcore pron is the fact she's a Barbie from the waist down. She gets a rather suggestive lathering scene. Bear in mind that in terms of physical appearance she's an edge case. This isn't just an art style issue, either, since there are other women who look their approximate age. Also, the sister is kind of a creeper.

Chapter 3:

Oh, for fuck's sake, they start the chapter with the little sister dangling her panties in front of her brother's face. Opening a chapter like that is just bad form. She (in an attempt to kill a neighbor) slices the neighbor's shirt open. Surprisingly no outright nudity in this chapter.

Chapter 4:

While threatening the neighbor girl the sister tackles her. For no apparent reason this makes neighbor-girl's sweater and skirt come off. Little sister gets a half-page nude spread in the shower, with half the remaining page being her from the waist up.

Chapter 5: Opens with another neighbor playing what appears to be an H-Game that wouldn't pass our standards, though only screen shown is the cliched "little sister wakes up big brother by straddling him" scene. Character bears an uncanny resemblance to the little sister. Who does the exact same goddamned thing the next page. Creepy otaku neighbor barges in to little sister's apartment. Apparently dude has a thing for little girls and finds himself attracted to little sister. It cuts back to several rather questionable scenes from the H-game he was playing earlier featuring a little girl. Fictional in-universe fanservice featuring little girls is still fanservice featuring a little girl. Not acceptable.

Ryofuko-chan OVA 2

Report 1: OP movie is exactly the same as in OVA 1. Looks like this will be the obligatory Beach Episode and—MOTHER OF THE FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER! O_O

Okay, one of the episode cut-ins has showed a blatant back nude shot of Chinkyuuko pulling down her panties. Seriously, what were they thinking?

Report 2: Apart of that surprise attack to my eyes, episode looks pretty normal for now. Mostly revolves around having fun at the beach. However, Chinkyuuko, being the big breast obsessed pervert that she is, has a raunchy Imagine Spot when teacher Eri asks her to put sun oil on her. It is sorta disturbing, but it focuses mostly on the definitely adult and big busted Eri-sempai, so moving on.

That cutin doesn't paint the series in a good light. I'm getting more and more convinced that this is offering lolishit. It offers it in small doses so as to avoid ringing alarms too quickly, but it offers it.

I'd say cut it.

... Welp, that clinches it. It's getting a devilhead from me... that is, unless someone's gonna justify this content somehow.

Re: Oniichan Control Chapter 6

OK, opening the chapter with a naked girl is getting old. It's just tasteless. As is putting in the "mitigating" factor of all fanservice of little girls being in-universe (although shown on-panel). Two more chapters and I will call things.

Chapter 7:

Seriously, cut it out with the opening a chapter with a naked girl. Especially since little sister looks 14. Having her masturbate on-panel is not helping your case, either.

Chapter 8:

Now there's a girl who explicitly states (and I quote) "If I don't rob people of love, I won't become wet <3 ". Can't make this shit up, folks. Oh, did I mention she models nude for the art club? Big brother (rather than sketching her) sketches nude little sister. Verdict to follow.

Report 4: Yet another Magical Girl transformation from Ryofuko, followed by another bathing scene. This one focuses on Ryofuko, Chinkyuuko and their two friends from school some more than it focuses on Eri-sensei. Despite not showing the politically incorrect parts, it is nevertheless very risque.

(Sigh) That's it! I'm wrapping it up! Around half the series is probably enough.

My suggestion: Kill it with fire

EDIT: For the sake of orderliness, I'm gonna format the final veredict on the fashion of Goodrich's.

Pros:

• There are no explicit depictions of genitals

Cons:

• Main heroine and her lancer look like damn 8 year olds and there is a shot of them getting naked in every episode.
• On a few occassions, Chinkyuuko has imagine spots that depict her naked and groping other girls. It is disturbing as hell.
• While Ryofuko and Chinkyuuko do not have the mentality of little girls (Although to which extent, it is arguable), their two friends definitely have.
• Fanservicey cutins that don't shy away from showing the girls in a risque fashion.
• Stock Footage of Ryofuko transforming in the vein of magical girls once every episode.

If all 4 OVA are gonna be like the two I have watched, then I have no doubt that this is something that tries to hide its lolishit-focused fanservice, but ultimately fails at such because it focuses way too much on the 4 main characters than their busty teacher. The wiki is best left without this thing.

Pro:

• No explicit on-panel sex
• No explicit depiction of genitals

Con:

• Little sister looks about 14-15 and appears naked in damned near every chapter
• Little sister is treated in-universe as looking young
• On at least one occasion crosses line from merely ecchi into softcore porn
• Fanservicey shots from little girls in-universe shown on-panel

While any of the problematic contents within themselves would suggest "keep and clean" (and possibly lock) the combination of them is what damns it. Since the little sister is a bit young-looking (into the edge-case region) and is rather overtly sexualized (including an on-panel masturbation scene) there really ain't much I can say to defend this one. Also damning is showing creepy otaku neighbor playing pedopandering h-games (complete with full-panel screenshots) and the fact that he becomes attracted to little sister because she's young-looking. If they had kept the screenshots clean or left them out altogether, that would be one thing, but showing them, not so much.

Ryofuko-chan: Last-minute Extras

Just to make sure I wasn't damning a series because of two episodes I may have taken the wrong way, I watched the other two, as well.

OVA 3 remains just as risque as usual. A new character has appeared, Kan'u, who is an enormous pervert and, right after seeing Ryofuko, pounces her and snuggles her in an extremely creepy way. Then there is all that crap about Sousou and Kakouton trying to catch Rena, one of Ryofuko's friends, because they think she's a mermaid and there's a reward for the one who brings one to the authorities. At one point, Ryofuko tries to distract Sousou and Kakouton by lifting her skirt and making disturbing advances towards them. And on another, Ryofuko stumbles upon another of her friends having a bath (Obligatory loli-nude) when looking for Rena's hideout herself.

Those three OVA are already quite the stuff to assimilate, but the final one is where shit hits the fan. Ryofuko shifts bodies with her servant Konjun, and this results in Ryofuko being trapped in a toy while an enormous pervert with the voice of Norio Wakamoto goes on a rampage, lifting Chinkyuuko's skirt, going to the house of one of her friends to look at them trying on their first brassieres (This includes unnecessary breast groping from Konjun!Ryofuko) and performing a Wounded Gazelle Gambit to be brought by Eri-sensei to her house and have a bath with her. And, while the other bathing scenes had nudity, but no showing the politically incorrect places, this one shows Eri-sensei and Ryofuko's nipples.

Therefore...

Veredict: It does not change. Send it to the cutlist.

Are Ryofuko-chan and Onii-chan Control on the voting tool? If not, they should be flagged.

Last time I checked, yes, Ryofuko-chan was on the list of stuff flagged for review. Not sure of Oniichan Control.

It was mentioned earlier - as in maybe two days after the initial pedo-purge - but the problem with Kite is that there are two versions of it. The shorter version cuts out a few horribly exploitative rape sequences and would be suitable for our site. The longer version would most certainly not, as the sequences in question involve a young girl and seem intended to titillate.

Okay, what's the deal with Kite?

The Wikipedia page says that the "film" called kite was banned in many places for being child pornography, but as I now notice it has a [who?] tag on it.
