I don’t know what you’re complaining about, that’s the best thing I’ve seen all day.
I'd like if they point out that Alucard still has regenerative powers without his souls. Example is Walter slicing his arms off and Alucard regenerating.
Yes and in the 80s Megatron was this guy.
Now he's this guy where he wordlessly beats Starscream to death as he runs terrified for his life.
Or keeping Starscream alive all just so he can sadistically make his life as horrible as possible.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."How fair would Michael Myers vs Leatherface be?
I feel like Michael would have a slight edge because he may or may not be supernatural while Leatherface has always just been a man, albeit a huge scary one.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.Would Leatherface get his family as backup? He’s the leather face of the franchise but they kind of work together
Forever liveblogging the AvengersLeatherface clearly has the better weapon, but I feel like his success rate in actually using it is less than ideal. Against someone that’s actually fighting back and not, y’know, running away from big chainsaw man, I feel like he’d do poorly the moment things go south.
That said, it’s also been a while since I watched those movies.
Two things of note,
1) Alucard's Gun can nullify a Vampire's regeneration. Would that count for DIO's as well?
2) "We've seen some OP healing factors on this show before, but Alucard's is just B.S!" Now that's a statement.
This fight might come down to if DIO can kill Alucard more than Millions of times before the sunrises.

While Jo Jo vampires and Hellsing vampires are nowhere near the same thing, one could argue that “anti-regeneration bullets” should be able to work. Granted, I’m not sure DIO’s own regeneration was ever considered a major factor.
And Alucard’s regen IS pretty strong at the end of the day, but I’m not so sure it’d qualify as the best.
How do the anti regeneration bullets work?
Forever liveblogging the Avengers@windleleopard: Assuming we're dealing with the purely "human" Michael here, Michael basically has the edge in speed and smarts, as Leatherface is quite uncoordinated and very stupid (it is usually assumed he actually has some unspecified kind of developmental disability) while Michael is a Genius Bruiser extraordinaire, but Leatherface has the edge in weaponry and sheer size. Leatherface and Michael are both unused to facing people who can actually fight back so they'll both be caught off-guard with one another.
In general I think Michael has the edge but I think it's a pretty close match-up. Leatherface's weapon of choice being a chainsaw gives him a big boost in the match-up due the range and sheer damage it causes, while Myers will be stuck with slashing him with a knife.

"All you Fascists bound to lose."From the sounds of things, they're made using components of traditional vampire weaknesses (so, silver and a blessing) and nullify their regeneration that way.
DIO doesn't have the traditional vampire weaknesses outside of sunlight, but there's a few points in his fights where he comments on still needing to protect his brain if no other organs. And, of course, he can still be incapacitated and left for the sun as Jotaro managed.

🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaPlus the gun is still a powerful piece of weaponry.
Even if it doesn't stop the regenerative powers, it's a weapon I don't doubt can hurt DIO.
With this bit of info, I'm siding with Alucard for the win.

So be what’s the general consensus on Baskerville being able to harm The World? I feel like that’s a pretty debated point.
I lean towards yes on account of the fact that, as a familiar, it’s basically a giant collection of souls, and similar things have proven to harm Stands in the past (see the Ghost Hands). Whether it will or not, I’m not sure since The World seems to vastly outclass it, but I do think it’s a factor.
And also, from DIO’s perspective this random Alucard guy just have an insanely busted Stand.
I feel like there is a significant difference between a regular vampire's healing factor, and DIO's 'Got bisected vertically and just pulled the halves back together again and was fine' feat. Could be wrong though.
Boomstick was dating Girlycard all this time. The rows of teeth was sort of a turn-off
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Hmm, wait...
If Alucard's bullets are able to negate a vampire's regeneration, what would happen if Alucard was shot with one of those bullets? With an invisible Stand and the time stop, it would be pretty easy for DIO to disarm and possible Reverse-Uno Alucard with his own weapons.
Trust me it
No
No it's not going to work.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I don't think it would be enough to score a victory, but it is an interesting idea. Like the bank guards in Futurama. "Don't try anything, this glass here is laser-proof! (Roberto the Robot stabs through the glass) Fire lasers! ARGH, LASERS!"
Like I wouldn't put it past Alucard to have something so powerful that it could penetrate the defences of any vampire, negating their regeneration and healing factor, which would make it really embarrassing if he ever liked, dropped it on his foot or something.
Wouldn't that simply just kill one soul?
I don't know how Dio would figure that out, either.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."If DIO isn't vulnerable to Blessed Silver bullets then it wouldn't make a lot of sense for him to assume another Vampire is weak to them. I mean, it's not impossible that he'd take Alucard's gun and shoot him to be a dick, but I doubt it would end the fight. If Anderson can't take Alucard down those guns certainly won't finish the job.
I guess you had to be there.
