Manifest. The supernatural mystery show frequently alters the status quo, with every episode bringing a new change to how Flight 828 disappeared and reappeared. These episodes certainly live up to expecting frequent changes with revelations and/or shocking events.
Due to the the lines and shots being used to make these episodes shocking, they will be included with their respective episode. If an episode shakes the status quo to incredible levels, count it as a Wham Episode.
Season 1
Episode 1 - Pilot
- Wham Episode - Flight 828 returns to New York after a 5 1/2 year absence, and all the passengers are getting mysterious commands, cue the start of the story.
- Wham Line
- Vance - "The problem is, ladies and gentlemen, is that your plane departed Montego Bay, Jamaica, on April 7th, 2013. Today is November 4th, 2018. You've all been missing, presumed dead, for 5 1/2 years."
- Michaela - "Slower. Slower!"Context
- Wham Shot
- The returning passengers see their loved ones age by five years, looking much different than on the trip to Jamaica.
- Ben showed up with Michaela to "set them free," indicating that he also got the same command.
- The "set them free" wasn't for the dogs, it was for children being locked in a shed. These commands are helping people.
- A majority of the passengers get a feeling of wanting to see the plane back at the airport, and it blows up.
Episode 16 - Estimated Time of Departure
- Wham Episode - Right before Griffin could reveal the Callings, he suddenly dies from drowning on the street. Ben realizes that Griffen died the exact amount of time in between the moment he drowned and when he was pulled from the river, realizing the same will happen to the passengers. He and Olive both calculate that the passengers will die on June 2nd, 2024, confirmed by Cal's calling of three gravestones with that date. Meanwhile, Jared confronts Zeke about why he was at a drug dealers and suspecting he bought drugs, only to find out he bought a gun to kill Griffin before he could expose the Callings. In the ensuing struggle for the weapon during their fight, the gun is unwittingly fired at Michaela when she run into her apartment.

Episodes 12 and 13 - Mayday
- Wham Episode - Whoo boy... Angelina murders Grace, kidnaps Eden, and flees to parts unknown. A teenage Cal assures a dying Grace that he knows what he must do, and the entire Eureka 828 vanishes after Captain Robert Daly appears in the cockpit, shocking Dr. Gupta.

- Captain Robert Daly - "HELP M-"Context
- Wham Shot
- Robert Daly appears in the cockpit of Eureka 828 before Dr. Gupta can exit, followed by the entire plane disappearing along with him, leaving Gupta completely speechless.
Season 4
Episode 20 - Final Boarding
- Grand Finale Wham Episode - After all the horrors, tragedy, pain, and suffering the passengers of Flight 828 endured, they all get to arrive in New York in 2013 as it should have. The dead passengers and crew emerge from the plane unscathed, characters who were murdered or died are revealed to be alive (Grace and Zeke come to mind), Angelina is gone for good, and all the characters return to their normal lives, appreciating their second chance at a better life, and the ending indicates that everyone will embrace it.

- During Ben's Rousing Speech, an earthquake near the hole erupts into magma, but instead of spreading outwards, clumps of lava form around an object. But everyone's fear and confusion are replaced with astonishment as a tailfin emerges from the lava, with two familiar words, "MONTEGO AIRWAYS". As the lava dissipates and cools, the tailfin is not a pipe dream, the actual plane re-emerges from the Earth.
- Seeing Paul suffer his Final Judgment. Those who have not been deemed deserving of a second chance begin to crack and glow, and when it covers their entire body, they simply explode into a pile of ash, or in other words, implode due to internal idiopathic causes.
