Banditale is an Undertale/Crash Bandicoot Crossover made by Msdaboss7. It's an Alternate Universe that retains the artstyle and most of the plot structure of Undertale, whilst replacing the setting elements and characters with those from the Crash Bandicoot series. It consists of music which uses leitmotifs from Crash Bandicoot in the style of Undertale songs, and artworks depicting the characters and setting of the AU. Some of the music videos have animated scenes, which either retell certain parts of Undertale's story with Crash Bandicoot characters, or add new story pieces.

Tropes that apply specifically to Banditale:
- Adaptation Dye-Job:
- Grimly from Crash: Mind Over Mutant is blue and has two arms. The Grimly made by Dr. Neo Cortex in Banditale is purple, wears a red cape, and has six arms, four purple and two red.
- Evil Crash from Crash Twinsanity has white sclerae and black pupils. Here (known as Nega), he has black sclerae and red pupils.
- Adaptation Name Change: Evil Crash (who takes the role as the First Fallen) is named "Nega" in this AU.
- Breakout Mook Character: Grimlies from Crash: Mind Over Mutant are titans found in certain locations, with some of them being mind-controlled to serve Dr. Neo Cortex. Here, a single Grimly was directly created by Dr. Neo Cortex as part of an experiment as a solution to the Underground's scarcity of animals, and is the one that falls off Banditale's equivalent of Undertale's CORE to it's death, and wiped from existence.
- Composite Character: Dr. Neo Cortex takes the role of three characters in Banditale; he takes Flowey's role of being a Foul Flower to the protagonist, Asriel Dremurr's role of formerly being friends with Nega, and Gaster's role as the former Royal Scientist.
- Decomposite Character: Gaster's role in Undertale's story is split between two characters in Banditale; Dr. Neo Cortex plays the "former Royal Scientist" part, whilst Grimly plays the "wiped from existence character" part.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: Many songs with "[OLD]" attached to its title, or are made before 2018, either use instrumentation that's vastly different from the final version (such as "Greh Heh Heh + Swordtrousle V2" compared to its final version, which also has different song keys), or merely mixes two tracks together (such as "Blaster Of Triumph", mixing together remixes of both "Spear Of Justice" and the Academy of Evil theme).
