Possible Ace of Spades hand combinations and deaths associated with them.
Just posting some ideas on what card combinations the Ace of Spades could use and how certain deaths can grant new hands/death methods. Some/most of them can be One-Hit Kill or have the chance of doing so.

  • Drowning - The hand associated will be a Flush (Pun on the hand name using "flush" in it and flush being associated with toilets and/or water), and the person who died will be either Ryohei Higashikata or the Robber when either of them are killed by Angelo's Aqua Necklace.
  • Electrocution - The hand associated will be Four or Two of a Kind (with the red diamond and/or heart representing positive and black spade and/or club representing negative which put together create electricity) and the person who died will be Keicho Nijimura when he's dragged through the power line via Red Hot Chilli Pepper. Two of a Kind will be weak, but Four of a Kind will be strong.
  • Melting - The hand associated will be a Two Pair (somewhat referencing Bug-Eaten and Ratt, given how there were two of them) and the person who died will be either be the loads of rats that Bug-Eaten has killed or the Elderly Couple they nearly killed.
  • Explosion - The hand associated will be a Royal Flush (referencing Killer Queen), and the person who died will be either the owner of Centipede Shoes, Aya Tsuji, any of the "girlfriends" Kira has killed, or the like. Will most likely be a One-Hit Kill.
  • Stabbing - The hand associated will be One Pair (referencing the one you get this hand from), and the person who died will be Reimi Sugimoto and Arnold.
  • Impalement - The hand associated would be a Straight Flush and the death associated would be Jean Pierre Polnareff, assuming Mr.President is added in to substitute for Emporio's Room.
  • Ambulance - The hand associated would be a Five of a Kind and the death associated is of course Yoshikage Kira's. Most likely only available in a new game plus. Always One-Hit Kill.
  • Really big explosion - This would be associated with a high card, since it left only one person, it uses only one card. You would get it from the ghost of one of mikataka's people, assuming the game decides to have him be an alien. Like the ambulance it would probably be a One-Hit Kill and require new game+

If there is an expy of the Emporio Room in FiU, it will instead be Coco Jumbo and the resident inside will be Polnareff.
It would be a fitting call back to Emporio and his room via Burning Down the House by placing Coco Jumbo and it's room via Mr. President and Polenareff somewhere in Morioh. They could also bring back the Sanctuary this way as well.
  • Unlikely since Part 4 happens in 1999 and Part 5 in 2001.
    • More likely, the sanctuary will be brought back through Reimi's Alleyway

The "Joseph is playing dumb" fan theory will be right.
A fan theory about Part 4 is how Joseph is actually playing up his "senile old man" role to avoid drawing attention to him while in Morioh since he's nowhere near as fit as he was during Stardust Crusaders, to gauge Josuke's reactions (both towards him as his father and towards enemy Stand users) and to make Suzie Q and Jotaro less angry at him. The events of the game and the intervention of a new Stand user will force him to drop the act and reveal, at least to the MC, that he still got his smarts.

Requiem Stands will be introduced.
When asked about Requiem Stands on the Tumblr page, the answer was simple, and I quote: "Spo~ilers." This means that the Player Character (us) will get the Requiem Arrow and transform our Stands into Requiem Stands. Red Garland from the previous game could transform into Red Garland Requiem, so why not all 16 Stands this time? If not us, maybe Josuke during the final battle.

Adding into the theory that a Requiem Stand's ability is based on what the user wants. (For Polnareff, his desire was to make sure Diavolo never got the arrow. And for Giorno, it was to negate King Crimson's time skip, including Bruno's last words of "returning things to where they were.") It begs to question what our abilities would be if our Stands could go Requiem.

Rolling Stone in this game will be replaced by Wonder of U
Since this game takes place in Morioh, and considering the time/space-shenanigans brought on by Mrs. Bluemarine and Hanoi Rocks, there is a possibility that this Morioh could be intertwined with the OTHER Morioh.

This would also make sense from a gameplay perspective, going from something that chases you and kills you if you touch it, to something that could simply wander around but kill you if you step in its direction.
