Dear Negative Reader: During the time he had ownership, Jack Cranely more or less adopted this way of thinking when it came to Sonic.EXE, especially in light of the Creepypasta wikia removing it from their archives and putting it on Trollpasta wikia. This led to Jack becoming a pariah among the community due to his refusal to hear criticism and at times egotistical attitude.
Role-Ending Misdemeanor: Jack Cranely gave ownership of Sonic.exe to his at-the-time girlfriend, Shannon Love/srlOctober23, in Summer 2021 when it became known that he had been doing sexual roleplays with minors for years and covered it up. He had also emotionally abused her, and conditioned her into believing that what he was doing was acceptable, henceforth she also participated in sexual roleplays with minors. She has since given up ownership of Sonic.exe to ASTRANOMICONX and gone to seek professional help, whereas Jack attempted to make a resurgence on the internet using a new username before leaving the internet for good to focus on his mental health. In turn, in 2022, ASTRANOMICONX relinquished full ownership of the character to JoeDoughBoi after the former left the consequent EXE community and wanted his version of the character to die off.
