  • Breaking Bad: Before Jesse Pinkman starts cooking meth for Walt, he ran his own small ring under the street name "Cap'n Cook". His car also had a Vanity License Plate reading "THE CAPN".
  • Futurama: In "The Series Has Landed": Fry mentions feeling a culture shock living in the 31st century, pointing out some of the bizarre food products the crew is having for breakfast. Including a cereal called "Admiral Crunch". Also Count Chocula became an Archduke.
  • The Patrick Star Show, of all things. In "The Patrick Show Cashes In", Patrick makes his own cereal called Oopsie Doodle!! Just Prizes, which is "jam packed with the best part of a cereal box: the prizes!" His parents eagerly dig in, but find there's no actual food in it.
  • Pickles: When Earl asks Opal for the Grand Slam breakfast, she slams a box of Cap'n Crunch onto the table. Earl muses that he always forgets he isn't at Denny's.
  • The Simpsons:
    • In "Little Orphan Millie", Homer tries to cheer up Milhouse, who believes his parents have died at sea. Unfortunately, everything he gets turns out to be ocean-themed, including Cap'n Crunch cereal.
    • In "Dangerous Curves", Bart plays a Fictional Video Game called Cereal Killer, and one of the cereal mascots he shoots down is Cap'n Crunch.
