Trivia / A Plague Tale: Innocence

Go To

  • Actor-Inspired Element: Reportedly, child actors Charlotte McBurney and Logan Hannan, who provided their voice for Amicia and Hugo respectively, participated in the writing process by suggesting changes to dialogue and alternative takes to make their talking more childlike.
  • Children Voicing Children: All of the children in the game are voiced by child actors.
  • Dueling Products: Coming out on the same day as Bethseda's Rage 2 seemed as though it would not do A Plague Tale any favors. Thankfully, it seems to have not made any difference, as the game was not overlooked as it was assumed to be, and is still well liked.
    • While these games were released a year apart (though the game in question got its console ports few months before APTI), A Plague Tale could also be considered to be this for Ghost of a Tale, as both Ghost and Plague happen to be French-Made Medieval Fantasy Stealth Based Games that involve rodents, both even having "Tale" in their titles.
  • Fake Nationality: The French Amicia and Hugo de Rune in the English dub are voiced by British actors Charlotte McBurney and Logan Hannan respectively. Likewise, the other voice actors aren't French. Averted in the French dub, where the VAs are of the same nationality.
