The second of a two-parter with "Idiots Are People Two!"
As Tracy's idiot protest ramps up, Jack finds himself facing the threat of more scandals from a returning Devon Banks. Meanwhile Kenneth, Jenna and Kelsey Grammer work together to hide their embarrassing mistake/possible murder. Also, Liz has to reconcile Jack's high exacting standards with Chris's unconventional lifestyle...
The 30 Rock episode "Idiots Are People Three!" contains examples of:
- An Aesop:
- What really matters in a partner is how happy they'll make you, not whether they're as professionally accomplished as you are.
- Entertainingly Wrong: Denise Richards manages this describing her own role in The World Is Not Enough.
- Denise: I played a nucelar psychiatrist in a James Bong movie.
- Good Is Dumb: Defied. Criss is nicer than all of Liz's exes, but he's also got a college degree and knows enough to run a business. He's only dumb compared to people like Jack.
- Heel Realization: Liz has one when she realizes denouncing idiots also means denouncing Criss.
- No-Sell: While Liz is devastated by the thought of Jack's romantic disapproval, Criss couldn't care less, since his girlfriend's boss's approval isn't really a factor for him.
- Too Dumb to Live: Obviously, but Denise Richards takes the cake by apparently not knowing what elevators are!Denise: This room ... is moving.
- We Need a Distraction: Kenneth and Jenna need the crew and cast distracted while they move an unconscious Pete, so they have Kelsey Grammer perform his one-man show to gather people.
