The 37th episode and Part 3 of 'Necrosan-The Final Challenge'.
After a heated argument with Titan, Necrosan has Megatron and Mr. Freeze face off agains the Demon of Corruption, Beelzebub. They manage to defeat him and, in a rage, Necrosan forces Titan to send an energy blast down to help. This ends up releasing the wretched 7 Deadly Sins. Needless to say, they escape and Beelzebub is finished off.
- Bad Boss: And the transition for Necrosan into this is complete.
- Bittersweet Ending: Sure, Beelzebub has been defeated, but the 7 Deadly Sins have been released. Hoo boy.
- Call-Back: To the last chapter.
- Cut His Heart Out with a Spoon: Titan claims he can kill Necrosan with his pinkie.
- Foreshadowing: Titan claims he can kill Necrosan with his pinkie, but the dragon just scoffs. Skip to the finale...
- Hostage Situation: Necrosan threatens to slit Rep-Stallion's throat if Titan doesn't act now when Beelzebub is defeated.
- I'm Melting!: After he's stabbed in the head, Beelzebub's body melts into nothing.
- Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Beelzebub is finished off by a stab in the head courtesy of Megatron.
- Never My Fault: Necrosan blames Titan for the failure of Faust.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Necrosan calls out Titan for being a waste of time and effort. He really starts hitting home by bringing up examples of villains that people like. Dementia counter this by saying Necrosan isn't so perfect, though.
- Sealed Evil in a Can: The 7 Deadly Sins are released from a bag that Beelzebub kept.
- Slashed Throat: What Necrosan threatens to do with Rep-Stallion.
- The Starscream: Titan, no thanks to Necrosan, is becoming this.
- Villainous Demotivator: Necrosan starts fitting the bill in this part by badmouthing Titan and even threatening one of his minions at one point.
- You Have Failed Me: Pride considers Beelzebub to be too much of a weakling, so off they go without him!
