Recap / Olimars Alimony Wraith Escape

Go To

The party takes K. Rool's airship, The Flying Krock, and heads to the World of Smash's approximation of The Distant Planet. The group immediately comes upon some Pikmin as well as Ridley, who is in the process of devouring Pikmin. A battle ensues; once Ridley is defeated, he dissolves into plasm. The plasm coats the party members, sliding down across their bodies before disappearing off into the brush. The group is quickly surrounded by various forms of hostile wildlife, forcing them to jump down into a nearby cave.

The group tries to get some rest; after failing to do so, Olimar activates the auto-sleep function of his suit. A terrible creature known as the Water Wraith suddenly drops into the room, forcing the party to flee and lug an unconscious Olimar around. K. Rool sucks the Pikmin and the newly-discovered Bulbmin into his blunderbuss in Olimar's absence. The group continues on through the cave complex until they discover a way to defeat the Water Wraith.

With the creature bested, they entire the final floor of the cave. They see the President sitting atop a mound of junk; the President joins up with the party in time for the Titan Dweevil to be revealed, complete with various weapons based on features of the party members. The group opts to flee the battle entirely and absconds to The Flying Krock.
