Summary

"My consciousness is directly linked to the Almighty Book. My physical form is merely a tool for it to pass through. I can do things which you cannot. I believe I said this before: I am superior to the rest of you."

The Seikens have been unsealed and returned to their wielders, but Master Logos has the Omniforce Wonder Ride Book in hand. They don't have much time to think about it when Master Logos begins making quick work out of them. As the tension rises, the Shindai siblings develop new resolves.

Episode Tropes:

• Armor-Piercing Question: Yuri shows his understanding of Kento's motivation with one simple question:
  Kento: You don't understand anything.
  Yuri: You mean how Touma will disappear if he saves the world?
• Big Damn Heroes: Just as Saber, Blades, Sabela, and Durendal are about to be finished off by Solomon... Saikou rushes in to their aid to absorb Solomon's attack into the Kougouken Saikou. He then uses it to teleport the other four Riders and retreat in a golden flash of light.
• Enemy Mine: Reika and Ryoga fight Solomon alongside Touma's team upon finding out Master Logos' actual intentions.
• Exact Words: Ryoga tells Reika that their family's duty was to serve and protect Master Logos. After Isaac's words and actions prove himself unworthy, the Shindais turn on him completely.
• Flashback: Ren has one, revealing that it was his mentor that instilled in him the idea of Might Makes Right.
• A God Am I: Logos directly calls himself "the god that will bring ruin to this world."
• Hazy-Feel Turn: Desast believes Ren is on the verge of one.
• Humans Are Morons: Isaac's intent to ravage the planet stems greatly from Humanity's perceived inability to grow or change through the ages.
• Internal Reveal: Sophia reveals her true nature as a replacement for Luna to the Northern Base Riders (save Touma, who learned about it a few episodes prior).
• Involuntary Battle to the Death: Logos' announcement to the world orders one, with the survivors having the privilege of living in his Villain World.
• Light Is Not Good: The white-armored Kamen Rider Solomon is an Omnicidal Maniac.
• Meaningful Background Event: During Logos' announcement to the world, an unsealed Bahato is shown listening in.
• New Powers as the Plot Demands: Touma discovers the Shindai siblings' battle with Solomon by "sensing" them with the Rekka, something it's never been able to do before.
• No-Sell: Whatever attack is thrown at him, Solomon just shrugs it off.
• The Reveal:
  • Master Logos reveals his true name, Isaac, in this episode.
  • The "prophecy" surrounding Touma being The Chosen One is revealed: Touma is destined to obtain the power of Wonder World, sacrificing his life on Earth to guard it. Kento's opposition to Touma is centered around preventing this.
• Sealed Evil in a Can: Yuri deduces Kento's intent to seal Master Logos and himself away with the Kurayami so Touma doesn't have to sacrifice himself.
• That Man Is Dead: Isaac/Master Logos tells the Shindais that he no longer answers to the latter name, as he no longer has need for the Sword of Logos and the Shindais by extension. This leads to their final break with him.
