Keiwa: After grueling battles, along with many casualties... four of us remain. And only one of us will get their wish granted.
They say that the Desire Grand Prix is a game where you put your life on the line; apparently, there's more to it.
If you get eliminated from the game, you lose your memories and return to your old life.
However, if you are defeated by Jyamato... you can never return.

During Neon's latest livestream, a Jyamar Area suddenly manifests, followed by hordes of Jyamato. This takes her by surprise, as all Riders are usually notified before the beginning of a round. Tsumuri explains that they have entered the final round; unlike the ones before it, when they commence cannot be predicted.

The game for the round is "kick the can", where the objective is to defeat the final boss by kicking its power source and sole weakness — the can at its feet. It is also revealed that the boss in question is powerful enough to destroy the entire world, and in fact once wiped out all the Riders in a previous DGP.

With the fate of the world and their lives on the line, just who will be the one to triumph, and become the new Desashin...?

Tropes

  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Failing to kick the can in time means the Knight Jyamato will drink its contents and grow as a result.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Exploited. Ace rescues an injured Keiwa, and gets the Ninja Buckle as a reward for a secret mission where a Rider must rescue another who's on the brink of defeat.
  • Disguised in Drag: John dresses up as a woman in an attempt to recover Neon while Ben chases her.
  • Foreshadowing: Keiwa and Sara discuss the former's dream of becoming a ninja as a child, which ties into the Ninja Buckle's debut later in the episode.
  • History Repeats: Once again Ace exploits Keiwa's selfless nature by letting him try to be the hero against the Knight Jyamato. When Keiwa falters, Ace takes advantage of Keiwa's vulnerability to achieve a secret mission and snag the Ninja Buckle, telling him that was what's needed to beat the Jyamato.
  • Hope Spot: After acquiring the Ninja Buckle, Ace defeats the Knight Jyamato handily, and kicks its can... right into the Jyamato's hand, making sure the game continues.
  • Not What It Looks Like: Once again Sara almost catches Keiwa filming his video diary, this time finding him in a rather compromising position. She tells him it's fine given that he's grown up now.
  • Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Even before it grows bigger, the Knight Jyamoto shows that its small size doesn't make it any less dangerous. This is best demonstrated by how easily it thrashes Buffa when he makes the mistake of underestimating it.
  • The Reveal:
    • The person Ace has been searching for is his mother.
    • Ace is revealed to have been playing the DGP since 1 A.D.
    • If all Kamen Riders are defeated, it's game over and the play area will cease to exist, along with everyone in it.
  • Squee: Sara is over the moon after running into Ace and Neon at her favorite soba place.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome:
    • Ace butters up Keiwa, then reveals he manipulated him for the second time. Keiwa is not amused in the slightest, and is visibly angry at him before his injuries cause him to pass out.
    • Tycoon finally gets to use Boost, but his inexperience with using it as well as the Knight Jyamato's awareness means that he was unable to kick the can.
  • Translation Convention: Ace's flashback to his mother has her speaking modern Japanese, which — given the above revelation about Ace — did not exist at the time. One can safely assume that this is purely for the audience's convenience.
