Keiwa: Round 3 of the Desire Grand Prix: a game of Concentration.
Our mission is to defeat Jyamato with our partner; the team with the lowest score will be eliminated.
While the Ace-Neon team are currently in the lead, the other two teams remain at 0 points.

Using his newly-purchased special ticket, Morio rerolls the lottery so that he becomes Buffa's new partner, while Tycoon now ends up with PunkJack. While Keiwa worries that he might have lost his best chance at winning, he nonetheless decides to make the best of his situation and begins training with PunkJack.

Michinaga, on the other hand, couldn't care less who his partner is, so long as they lead him to victory and the justice he desires. Just what happened to him to make him so bitter towards not only Geats, but all Kamen Riders as well...?

Tropes

  • Beneath the Mask: Morio's friendly facade crumbles after the other Riders learn about his past as a shady casino dealer, and he completely drops it when he's eliminated.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Morio revealing himself as a treacherous sort makes everyone appalled by his actions, and it gets to the point where his new partner Michinaga is equally willing to throw him under the bus.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Morio ends up in last place after Michinaga trades teammates at the last minute and doesn't get any points to his name, being undone by the same mechanic he exploited to get ahead.
  • Humiliation Conga: Downplayed. Keiwa gets thrown under the bus by Michinaga, and has to work with the unpredictable PunkJack instead. He also ends up losing Boost after Morio steals it from him, and while Michinaga makes him and Morio fight for it, Morio wins their little match, meaning Keiwa doesn't get to keep Boost. It's mollified in the end when he ends up helping defeat a pair of Trump Jyamato, while Morio for all of his scheming is unable to capitalize on his advantage.
  • I Never Said It Was Poison: When Keiwa asks how Michinaga got the Boost Buckle, Michinaga states that it was his fault for making it so easy to steal. Morio instinctively tries to defend himself, realising too late that Michinaga never said who stole it.
  • The Reveal:
    • Michinaga's wish is for "The power to crush all Kamen Riders."
    • Morio is revealed to be a former underground casino dealer who fled the country after embezzling his company's earnings.
    • Riders retired rather than killed are confirmed to be returned to their old lives without their memories of the DGP.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: Zigzagged. Ace gives the Boost Buckle back to Keiwa, which Morio steals offscreen and gives to Michinaga. After being outed for that, the Riders did a round of "beach flags", ending in Morio's victory despite Keiwa grabbing the Boost Buckle first. The bone finally arrives with Michinaga going in for a kill and earning points with Keiwa after rerolling the lottery once more.
  • Troubled Backstory Flashback: Michinaga's past is further elaborated upon, explaining his grudge towards all Riders; it turns out that Tohru was beaten up by two DGP Riders who proceeded to steal his Zombie Buckle, leaving him to be killed by the Jyamato.
  • The Un-Reveal: We never find out what Morio's wish is, though it is implied to be the run-of-the-mill wish for luxury.
  • Unspoken Plan Guarantee: Michinaga keeps everyone in the dark regarding his last-minute team swap, which allows him to pull it off and catch Morio and Keiwa off-guard.
  • Villain Ball: Morio's laughter after stealing the Boost Buckle pushes Michinaga's Trauma Button, causing the latter to become less cooperative than before, to the point of swapping teammates at the last minute.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Downplayed, as Morio's oath of revenge is a lot more subdued than Kanato's episode-long breakdown, not even having a chance to even react to his own retiring.
  • Wham Shot: The score update after Tycoon and Buffa eliminate the heart pair of Trump Jyamato shows them both gaining points, signifying that their team had been re-established at the last moment.
  • Workplace-Acquired Abilities: Morio's past as an underground casino dealer gives him the ability to identify cards by touch, allowing him to remove any randomization for teammate picking and go straight for the Buffa card.
