Kazumi: Sento’s still fighting, man. And quit being so rude. I’m older than you, at 29. Call me Kazumin, like I said.
Ryuga: Never, ever happening! Forget this clown, here comes episode 29!
Kazumi: Actually it's Episode 28. 29 is my age.
Ryuga: Quit trying to confuse me, Kazumin! ...oh.
The fate of the representative battle was left in the hands of Kamen Rider Build and Kamen Rider Rogue. Build is able to gain the advantage over Rogue thanks to Sento’s genius intellect. Build suddenly begins to completely overwhelm Rogue with his new RabbitRabbit Form! However, all the data regarding RabbitRabbit Form made its way to Seito's hand's thanks to Sawa's betrayal. Rogue slowly begins to devise ways to gain the upper hand on RabbitRabbit Form, as the fate of the battle suddenly changes. Furthermore, Sawa confesses to Sento and the others about her betrayal. What will become of Sawa now?
Episode Tropes:
- Batman Gambit: Once Sawa told Sento she was a spy for Nanba, and that they have taken the Nabeshimas hostage, Sento deliberately told her to send Nanba the data for RabbitRabbit Form. But only the RabbitRabbit Form. Once Kazumi rescued the Nabeshimas, Build went wild and struck back with TankTank Form, a form that nobody knew about until then.
- Bittersweet Ending: Sento defeated Gentoku, and Touto beat Seito in the representative battle. But, Blood Stalk kills Mido, changes Nanba's face to the recently deceased, and now Nanba plans on entering their own soldiers against the Riders!
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Rogue against RabbitRabbit Build, due to the data install allowing Gentoku to initial countermeasures. But...
- Build turns it around with his TankTank Form, and because Sawa intentionally did not give Nanba the data on that form. Rogue never had a chance.
- Family of Choice: The reason why Sawa ultimately chose to stay with the nascita gang despite what has happened over the last bunch of episodes. Even though she was normally supposed to kill herself once she was discovered (as Utsumi tried to do himself when he was found out near the end of #12), she came to enjoy her time at nascita and even felt like she belonged there. Once Kazumi successfully saved Nabeshima’s family and Sento won against Gentoku in the battle for Pandora’s Box, she personally confirms to Jusaburo Nanba’s camera droid that she has cut ties with them to join nascita for real.
- The Gloves Come Off: Sento spent what had to be at least several hours enduring a beating by Gentoku and only fighting back with attacks he knew were ineffective. Once Sawa gave the signal that Nabeshima’s family was okay, Sento decided to surprise the Seito/Nanba side with TankTank and ended the battle in a few minutes.
- Heel–Face Turn: Sawa revealed to Sento that she made that a long time ago after Nanba tried to off her, and due to the familial bond she had with everybody else.
- I Gave My Word: Even though he was corrupted by Pandora’s Box to develop intense megalomania, Prime Minister Mido was fully willing to honor the conditions set for the proxy battles even though he was having a Villainous Breakdown because his side lost. Unfortunately, he doesn't get to live for much longer once he proved to Nanba he was unwilling to follow through with doing unscrupulous things to justify the means.
- Killed Off for Real Masakuni Mido
- Kill and Replace: Once Jusaburo Nanba thought Prime Minister Masakuni Mido had now outlived his usefulness, Nanba has Blood Stalk kill Prime Minister Mido and give Nanba Mido’s form to take Mido’s place as Seito’s Prime Minister.
- Logical Weakness: RabbitRabbit, while genuinely powerful, is still a form that focuses primarily on speed over power, making its attacks ineffective against the defenses given by the Diamond Fullbottle.
- Made of Iron: Even with Rogue beating the crap out of him, Build was able to keep his transformation long enough for Kazumi to rescue the Nabeshima's.
- No More Lies: Once Sento made it clear when they were developing the Full Full RabbitTank Bottle that he knew that Sawa was lying to him, Sawa decided to come clean and confess why she did what she did.
- No-Sell: As per Utsumi's instructions, Gentoku utilized a Diamond Discharge Crash to block RabbitRabbit's attacks and completely ignore Sento's attacks. Fortunately for Sento, TankTank is far stronger than RabbitRabbit and is capable of breaking through Gentoku's enhanced defenses.
- Offscreen Moment of Awesome: The favor that Sawa asked Kazumi for was to save Nabeshima’s family from the Guardians that were guarding the building they were trapped in. Despite taking around the beginning of sunset all the way to some time past sunrise the next day, Kazumi was able to successfully get all three of them out alive.
- Pet the Dog: Two Examples:
- When Sawa asked Sento why he didn’t confront her about the truth if he knew she was lying to them all along, Sento responds saying that he wanted her to be the one to confess when she was ready, which moves Sawa to tears.
- After the battle over Pandora’s Box’s possession concludes, Taizan goes to the battlefield with two of his aides to personally bring Gentoku home. Gentoku however, declines Taizan’s aid and walks away.
- The Plan: After Sawa told Sento about the Nabeshimas being held hostage contingent on him losing the fight, the two of them concocted a plan with three phases. The first was to let Sawa provide Nanba with the data of one of his new forms, while deliberately keeping the second, stronger one a secret ace-in-the-hole. Then he’d extend the representative battle with Gentoku knowing that they’d have the data to counter his attacks while Kazumi enacted his rescue mission while Nanba’s leaders were distracted. Finally, after the family was saved, Sento would reveal his second form to win the fight knowing that Gentoku would have no countermeasures prepared for it. The plan would also allow Kazumi’s Nanba raid to remain secret as Nanba wouldn’t be able to cry foul about it without revealing their own cheating.
- The Reveal:
- Sento was the one to tell Sawa to send Nanba the data.
- The mission Sawa asked Kazumi to do? Rescue the Nabeshimas from Nanba's captivity.
- It was actually Masuzawa (Taizan’s ex-secretary that was part of the Nanba Children) who had the idea to bug the Dragon FullBottle after the nascita gang willingly gave Taizan their FullBottles, and Sawa did not abandon nascita.
- Tank Goodness: This needs to especially be emphasized here because while it is expected for Sento to have the durability and powers of a tank when using the Tank FullBottle, TankTank pushes it to a whole new level when he summons a group of tanks before they attach to him as armor and using the Full Full Match Break Finisher involves him becoming the tank!
- This Cannot Be!: The response the Seito side had in response to Sento revealing that he also had TankTank as a second form he could utilize with the Full Full RabbitTank Bottle because Sento allowed Sawa to give them data on RabbitRabbit and the Fullbottle Buster as a Half-Truth so that they could use TankTank as their ace in the hole.
