Stumpy and Quack Quack try to get their driver's licenses. Their driving instructors are Kaeloo and Mr. Cat respectively.
"Let's Play Driver's License" contains the following tropes:
- Black Comedy: As part of a driving lesson, Kaeloo asks what a driver should do if a deer crosses the road in front of them. Mr. Cat says that depends on whether it's deer season or not.
- Drives Like Crazy: Stumpy. As Mr. Cat puts it:Mr. Cat: Did you get your license from a cereal box?
- Driving Test: Stumpy and Quack Quack try to get their driver's licences. Both of them fail. Stumpy fails not only because he Drives Like Crazy, but because Kaeloo didn't do a very good job of teaching him how to drive. Quack Quack, on the other hand, is able to do everything perfectly well, but his driving instructor is Mr. Cat, who not only gives him negative points for ridiculous reasons, but actively tries to make him fail by doing things like shining a flashlight in his eyes and ripping out the steering wheel, finally causing him to drive off a cliffnote .
- Freeze-Frame Bonus: We get to see Kaeloo and Mr. Cat's driver's licenses, where both of them look significantly younger than they do in the present day.
- Kaeloo is authorized to drive a kick-scooter.
- Mr. Cat is legally authorized to own weapons. The license also shows the cat flap as his legal residence.
- Never My Fault: Mr. Cat sees Bad Kaeloo coming his way and complains to the audience about how she'll say everything is his fault, even though it really is entirely his fault.
- Offscreen Teleportation: We never see how or when Mr. Cat got out of Quack Quack's car.
- Removable Steering Wheel: Mr. Cat rips the steering wheel out of Quack Quack's car to prevent him from being able to drive.
- Tickle Torture: Mr. Cat tries to distract Quack Quack while he's driving by tickling him.
- Watch Out for That Tree!: Stumpy crashes his car into a tree, twice.
