Lammy decides to invite the other girls for a fun poker game! Unfortunately, things soon go awry when Mr. Pickels decides to pick them off.
"Royal Flush" contains the following:
- Accidental Murder: Lammy causes Giggles' death by accident.
- Bottle Episode: The entire episode takes place in Lammy's house.
- Death Dealer: Lammy accidentally tosses playing cards toward Giggles. She ends up being cut into pieces.
- Downer Ending: Lammy's day ends with all of her friends murdered, while Mr. Pickels disposes of the evidence in the toilet.
- Dwindling Party: Lammy's circle of friends.
- Eaten Alive: Mr. Pickels gets eaten by Flaky. Though that's what he wanted.
- Eye Scream: Petunia's eye gets sucked into a vacuum tube.
- Final Girl: Lammy.
- The Friend Nobody Likes: Flaky arrives uninvited and the other girls look pretty apathetic about her presence and just let her join them to be courteous. And when she screams in the bathroom, nobody cares to check and Lammy only does it after Flaky is absent for a long time.
- Girl's Night Out Episode: This episode focuses on all four primary girls of the show gathering together for a poker game.
- Justified Title: Petunia wields a Royal Flush of Hearts during the poker game.
- Not-So-Imaginary Friend: Unlike "A Bit of a Pickle", this episode leans towards the possibility that Mr. Pickels is actually real, most prominently shown when he is able to kill Flaky, when Lammy isn't even with her.
- "Pop!" Goes the Human: Petunia's death thanks to the vacuum tube in her eye socket filling her with air.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Petunia, Giggles, and Flaky die.
