Nightmare Fuel / Ultimate Muscle

• Hydrazoa, a Justice Choujin of all people manages to be this, due to his ability to impale and crush his enemy with his vertebrae, and his ability to absorp others and trap them in his body, which slowly drowns them. He also gets REALLY eager to absorb Mantaro in their fight.
• Hanzo, due to his Modus Operandi of cutting off his victim's faces after he kills and defeats them.
• Bone Cold's technique of causing the ribcage to shoot out of his enemies.
• Pri-Clun/Photo Pat also counts as this, given their ability is to turn you into a photograph with their photo-booth body, and it's shown that in their fight with Destruction that the process is neither instanteous nor does it kill the victim of this ability, as shown with an unfortunate audience that fell victim to this. Thankfully even they were horrified at this turn of events, which makes it slightly less frightening. They also make a frightening looking Game Face with pure red eyes and a sinister smile.
• Voltman's Fatal Square technique, where he turns his torso into a microwave and then vaporizes you alive with it, not to mention we get the horrific sight of Mars boiling up when he falls to it.
• Ashuraman's method of getting out of the Ultimate Scar Buster, namely he dislocates his jaw and bites down so hard that he breaks his own teeth.
• The spinal column made out of dead Justice Choujin in the Demon Womb. Nearly all of their bodies have been so long that they've been reduced to a state that's a mixture between mummification and decomposition, and have eyeless sockets and toothless mouths, with the only Justice Choujin not subjected to this state are the Idol Choujin and Tatsunori Kinniku. Them actually coming to life manages to make them infinitely less horrifying, due to them all being just as benevolent as they were in life, and assisting Mantaro by encouraging him and even joining together to form a coil to reduce the power of the Ultimate Ashura Buster.
• Seiuchin becoming a feral Perfect Choujin due to Neptuneman's influence in the Ultimate Tag Arc. Not only does he has a constant vicious look on his face with blank white eyes, but he has to wear a metal dome over his head, like a falcon, suggesting that he's gone so Ax-Crazy he'd literally attack anything in sight, not to mention that he and Neptuneman are out to collect the faces of other Choujin instead of their masks. Plus, when they use their new Optical Fiber Cross Bomber to remove Checkmate, their first victim's face, we get to see the entirety of Check's face without his skin in explicit detail!
• In the Kinnikuman Nisei: All Out Choujin Attack there is Tentakors, an octopus Choujin whose finishing move, Pompa Attaco is to force himself down his opponent's throat and rip them to pieces from the inside out. He manages to use this to kill Tokku, and the process is shown in gruesome detail, as the process puts Tokku in so much pain that he starts to scream and cry uncontrollably while begging for it to stop, and Tentakors even impales Tokku's eyeballs with his tentacles and rips them out of their sockets.
  • The two unique deathmatches in Tentakor's fight against both Tokku and Mantaro are also horrifying concepts, as the first one, the Boiling Kombu Soup Deathmatch, takes place in a ring above a giant boiling hot bowl of Kombu soup, with the catch being that the opponent can knock the opponent into said soup for them to be boiled alive, with the catch that the audience gets to EAT the loser. The second math, the Octopus Fritter Deathmatch shares a similar concept, except it's in a tray made for making octopus fritters above a grill, with the holes being filled with batter and other ingredients. It manages to be even more horrifying than the Boiling Kombu Soup Deathmatch due to the fact that, if either of the fighters fall into one of the holes, they remain ALIVE and CONSCIOUS as they're made into an octopus fritter, and to make matters even worse, Suguru, who is in the audience, gets excited at the possibility of getting to eat an octo fritter that has MANTARO INSIDE OF IT. Thankfully Mantaro manages to escape his starchy prison by eating his way out of it, and goes on to defeat Tentakors with a Kinniku Driver, but spares him out of sympathy.
