Vaadat Charigim (Hebrew for "Exceptions Committee") is an Israeli Shoegaze band whose primary sound is Shoegazing. The band formed in 2012 in Tel Aviv and after initially rehearsing in a bomb shelter of a local elementary school released their debut album in 2013. Their second album followed in 2015. Frontman Haring, when asked what their songs were about, said "Some of the songs are about being stuck. Others are about the world ending or the feeling that the world as a modern concept has long ended, and instead there is chaos, morally speaking."
The band are currently travelling around Israel staying with fans in order to get inspiration for their upcoming third album.
