  • Conan on why the musical score of War Horse is undeserving of an Oscar.
  • During his last week on Late Night, the staff and viewers chose their favorite segments from the show's 17-year history. Conan's personal choice? Playing 1864-style baseball at Old Bethpage Village.
  • Conan pulling the "Walker Lever" and a clip from Walker, Texas Ranger where a young Haley Joel Osment says "Walker told me I have AIDS." Conan and the audience's reaction is awesome.
  • "It's perv night here at Conan's!"
  • This dig from Triumph the Insult Comic Dog at a group of reality TV celebrities definitely belongs in some kind of Hall of Fame:
You call yourselves stars?! I saw bigger stars the last time I accidentally sat on my own NUTS!
  • Conan presenting a collection of the best bloopers from 20 years of Late Night. Even better? The stage director screws up the clip reel.
  • Entertainment Tonight's verdict on the new Captain America movie. "Looks gooood!"
  • It's a Late Night Sausage Party! (NSFW).
  • Conan tries Grindr with Billy Eichner. Billy says most gay people don't recognize Conan, but when one of Conan's responders recognizes him:
Conan: He recognized me! You said gay people don't-
Billy: I've got a good feeling about Looking to Suck, call me old-fashioned...
  • The Clueless Gamer playthrough of Final Fantasy XV frustrates Conan so much that he actively riffs the game even though he is supposed to be promoting it. He even yells at some of the game's developers, who are outside watching him complain about the game they brought for him to promote.
Conan: BABIES WILL NOT BE BORN BECAUSE OF YOU!
  • Whenever Paul Rudd appeared on Conan's shows to promote a movie, he always managed to fool Conan by showing a clip of Mac and Me, a low quality E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial copycat, of the wheelchair bound Eric losing control of his wheelchair and careening down a hill and off a cliff very unconvincingly as the titular alien appears to survey the scene in shock. He always does this, to the point where when he was on the show promoting Ant-Man he actually had himself as Ant-Man superimposed into the shot making it seem like the whole thing was his fault, growing behind Mac to apologize for potentially causing a wheelchair bound 11-year old to fall to his death.
    • To make something funny into something hilarious, people thought that Paul would at least show an actual clip of a prominent Marvel Cinematic Universe release and were surprised to see him pull his prank once more. Conan then calls for the actual clip to be run... ... and Paul does it to him again.
    • On one of the Conan Needs a Friend podcasts, Paul was a guest and appeared to be setting up a clip from a podcast of his own, only to cut to Mac and Me as usual. Not only was Conan's initial reaction priceless ("Oh, for Christ's sake!"), he noted how it didn't make sense to show a video clip on an audio medium, even though Conan knows the audio in the movie by heart since he's seen it so many times. The icing on the cake is that Paul made up the entire podcast he was seemingly promoting just so he could troll Conan with the clip again.
