These are recommendations made by tropers for Spider-Man: Spider-Verse fanfics, all of which have to be signed to stay on the page. After a few samples, you will be able to note the interests of the tropers recommending them, and judge whether you might be also interested in a certain 'fic.

  • Synopsis: While hiding from the Prowler in his uncle's apartment, Miles doesn't manage to turn invisible in time. Prowler, in turn, learns some inconvenient truths.
  • Comments: An AU where Aaron figures out Miles is the new Spider-Man before he tries to kill his nephew on the roof of a house. Superbly written, captures the heart and tone of the characters perfectly, and at only 4 chapters long it's a relatively short read. Definitely a must-read if you thought the Miles-Aaron relationship deserved more attention.

  • Synopsis: Jefferson Davis realizes that Spider-Man is a child, and is determined to put an end to his recklessness. Miles disapproves.
  • Comments: If you saw this prompt and thought "Hey, I want to read that!", then this is the fic for you. It's a twoshot in which Jefferson decides to adopt Spider-Man and has to break the news to Miles. As you can imagine, Hilarity Ensues.
