- The LEGO universe is stated to be Earth-13122, which is the same official universe name for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Neither James Arnold Taylor nor Martin Sherman reprise the role, instead being portrayed by Nic Novicki.
- In the European French dub, Camélia Jordana voiced Gwen Stacy/Spider-Gwen in Into the Spider-Verse. Shirine Boutella replaced her in Across the Spider-Verse.
- In the Latin American Spanish dub, several returning Spider-People from cameos are recasted.
- The Spectacular Spider-Man is now voiced by Juan Guarnizo, as opposed to his original voice actor, Luis Daniel Ramirez, who was banned from several voice acting companies following a controversy.
- LEGO Spider-Man is voiced by Andrés Navy instead of Patricio Lago, who had voiced the character in all of his previous animated appearances.
- Release Date Change: Beyond the Spider-Verse was originally planned to come out on March 29, 2024. However, the 2023 WGA/SAG-AFTRA strike would cause the film to be delayed indefinitely. March 2024 instead saw the release of the short film The Spider Within: A Spider-Verse Story.
