- Cannot Spit It Out: Kim tries confessing her feelings to Ron as he moves but still can’t, thinking she could get another chance later.
- Crash-Into Hello: Ron and Clover meet this way, much to his and the latter’s annoyance.
- Dramatic Irony: Ron assumes Clover is the mean girl pushing Mandy around due to witnessing their feud without understanding the full context.
- Woman Scorned: Downplayed with Clover, who feels a bit of rage at Mandy for dating a boy she wanted to go out with.
