Every spoilers about previous All Worlds Alliance fanfics pre-AWA Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! will be unmarked!

AAAAAAAH! I WHAT I LEARNED FROM DRIVING SCHOOL IS- That is the last time I'm going to be a victim of a trap door shtick.
—Chizuru Tachibana parodying SpongeBob SquarePants' famous line in No Free Rides in the first half before commenting about him, Cesaro Oohori and Yuuki Asaba being a victim of a Trap Door in the latter.

All Worlds Alliance Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! is the 16th fanfic of the All Worlds Alliance series and the 13th fanfic of the Missions subseries (crossing over Aikatsu on Parade!, one of the series within the Aikatsu! franchise), which was firstly released on June 17, 2020, before completing it on April 21, 2021 with a total of 27 chapters. The story can be read here. This is a parallel story alongside All Worlds Alliance Missions - The Isle of Lost Light which serves as the polar opposite to this story.

After the resident "blonde bundle of annoyance" Chizuru Tachibana, as well as Cesaro Oohori and Yuuki Asaba, thrown into another world through a mystical trap door, the trio of misfits are sent to the world of idols. In there they help Raki Kiseki, a hapless idol-in-training, where they subsequently meet more idols along the way. At the same time, will they be able to achieve her dreams or not?

All Worlds Alliance Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! tropes

  • Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: When Aine Yuuki tells Yuuki Asaba about how fighting is "bad", Yuuki blankly responds him to tell it to the other hot-blooded members of All Worlds Alliance, as well as how fighting is only done when other enemies cannot be reasoned with, where the only solution is to knock them out with a knuckle sandwich.
  • Big Damn Kiss: Elza Forte does this to Chizuru Tachibana by kissing him at the end of the story, much to the blonde's utter shock.
  • Breaking Old Trends: For a Missions story, it shakes up a lot of things that the series is often known for:
    • It is the first Missions story where in contrast to previous Missions stories that are actionizednote , AWA Missions - Aikatsu On Parade! is Lighter and Softer, with villains being completely absent from the rest of the whole story.
    • On the topic of villains, rather than having to deal with a multiversal, apocalyptic-level threat like the Apostles of the New World, the protagonists deal with a goal that does not involve with stopping a villain. Instead they help out achieving Raki Kiseki's own goal of becoming an idol, a goal far-off from the typical "save the multiverse" goals present in previous Missions stories.
    • This is also the first Missions story where the heroes do not go to the All Worlds Alliance Academy's higher-ups including Lelouch Lamperogue [sic] to report on. Rather, the start of their mission is caused by a Trap Door.
    • Unlike previous Missions stories that are detached Story Arcs and run independently on their own with a beginning and end, All Worlds Alliance Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! is a Plot Parallel story that runs simultaneously with All Worlds Alliance Missions - The Isle of the Lost Light.
  • Contrived Coincidence: The merging of Earth-10519 and Normal Earth is this, considering the circumstances that happened during that phase. However, Chizuru Hand Waves it to Saaya, claiming that he is not a "fan of separation".
  • Deconstructed Character Archetype: Chizuru Tachibana as the Secret-Keeper is brutally Deconstructed during Chapter 26. While Chizuru is known for being the "miserable pile of secrets" who often hides all of his secrets to the other heroes, to the dismay of them, they simply shrug it off. But as shown in this chapter, it clearly doesn't work on the idols including Ichigo when they ultimately realise that Chizuru is not who he seems in the first place. And doubles when Ichigo Hoshimiya and later his other relatives furiously grills him about it.
  • Fanboy: Cesaro Oohori is a huge fan of idols, who has catalogued every single idols in history, even forgotten ones including Fancy Lala and Full Moon, through his so-called "Idol Journal". Unsurprisingly, Yuuki Asaba calls him a creep for that.
  • Five-Second Foreshadowing:
    • Chapter 9 shows when Mio Minato sees Star Harmony Academy, before the rest see various students from Starlight Academy, Four Harmony Academy and now Star Harmony Academy interacting with each other. It wasn't until Raki Kiseki revealed that her sister Saaya Kiseki has merged all other Aikatsu worlds into one.
    • Chapter 26 is where Chizuru Tachibana and Cesaro Oohori see Elza Forte's body flickering in and out... Before she transforms into the Zero Goddess Callous.
  • Foreshadowing: In Chapter 9 Elza Forte, looking at Chizuru Tachibana who survived an attack with a bull shark, is seen talking to herself, before all of a sudden another voice talks to her inside her head, where she just shrugs it off. That said voice turns out to be the Zero Goddess Callous at the end of the story.
  • Heroic Host: Elza Forte turns out to be the host of the Zero Goddess Callous.
  • Lighter and Softer: Compared to the dangerous, risky shenanigans that the other All Worlds Alliance heroes deal with in its parallel story The Isle of Lost Light, AWA Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! is the complete opposite to everything its other story has. There are no multiversal villains like the Apostles of the New World to menace Earth-10519/Aikatsuverse or other villains like Doctor Silas Moron. Instead, the main conflict is all about the trio helping a hapless idol-in-training, despite their clear lack of practical experience in the idol world, as well as shenanigans along the way.
  • Merged Reality: Both Earth-10519 and Normal Earth have been merged as New Normal Earth at the end of the chapter.
  • No Antagonist: A first for Missions stories, All Worlds Alliance Missions - Aikatsu on Parade! doesn't have any villains with destructive agendas who are ready to menace the Aikatsu idols, as well as Chizuru Tachibana, Cesaro Oohori and Yuuki Asaba. The closest that is to a threat is the bull shark that attempted to attack Elza Forte's cruise ship, but the said animal is just a non-sapient predator and not a destructive menace to everyone.
  • Related in the Adaptation: Signature for All Worlds Alliance, it introduces two.
    • A very unusual case between Michelle Tachibana and Ichigo Hoshimiya, Raichi Hoshimiya and Ringo Hoshimiya. In the original, neither the Tachibanas nor the Hoshimiyas are even closely related at all, let alone Michelle being the cousin to Ichigo. But because of Chizuru Tachibana being related to the Tachibanas in this fic, including Michelle herself, Ichigo is related to Michelle as her cousin. Usual for Chizuru himself, he Hand Waves it with his signature saying "You never asked".
    • Johnny Bepp, the dance teacher of Starlight Academy, is related to Yuuki Asaba and Yuuta Asaba.
  • Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: Kenji Kazama and Madoka Kaname left after the Aikatsu idols showed up in front of Chizuru Tachibana, Cesaro Oohori and Yuuki Asaba.
  • Shout-Out: Chizuru Tachibana's very first quote after he, Cesaro Oohori and Yuuki Asaba visiting the world of Aikatsu! directly comes from one of SpongeBob SquarePants' famous dialogues during No Free Rides.
Chizuru: AAAAAAH! I WHAT I LEARNED FROM DRIVING SCHOOL IS-
  • Simultaneous Arcs: The story runs alongside with All Worlds Alliance Missions - The Isle of Lost Light.
  • Walking Spoiler: The Zero Goddess Callous is hard not to talk about without mentioning her host.
  • Wham Episode: Chapter 24 is where Earth-10519/Aikatsuverse and Normal Earth have finally been merged altogether permanently (happened during Chapter 9), birthing the New Normal Earth as means to unite all Aikatsu idols, thus preventing Raki Kiseki's separation from them which happened in the original.
  • Wham Line:
    • Chapter 7. While the following quote Chizuru Tachibana utters does not have a wham, it wasn't until the latter half of it when he says this.
Chizuru: Guys! Guys! I finally remember this place! Heya! Cousin Ichigo!
    • Chapter 9. It also doubles as a Wham Episode. While the previous lines before Kaoru Shimazaki weren't whammy, it wasn't until the end where Kaoru reveals to Chizuru that Earth-10519 and Normal Earth have been mysteriously merged. It also serves as a wham episode since every worlds within the Aikatsuverse have also been the subject of Merged Reality, something that becomes ultimately permanent at the end of Chapter 24.
Kaoru: We don't have any conclusive answers, everyone are scrambling around to find out what's going on. But one thing is for sure... both Normal Earth and EARTH 10519 has merged into one!
Chizuru, Oohori and Yuuki: What the fuck?!
