Rebel Leader Agarza
The leader of the unsuccessful Rebellion 2 years prior to Puck's adventures, Agarza is currently holed up in the Centredome as a prisoner of war, his execution postponed indefinitely.
- The Ace: A capable brawler and master swordsman, brilliant tactician and generally charismatic individual. Really the only reason his rebellion failed is because of superhuman opposition.
- Badass Normal: Automatically qualifies due to being considered a Heroic Mortal.
- Oh, Crap!: When he hears that Yuuthra is on Puck's trail.
- One-Man Army: Mortal though he may be, one has to be this in order to take out 19 prison guards and a rampaging serial killer with nothing but a katana. He's also mentioned to have killed 3 enemy generals at once during the Rebellion.
- Over Shadowed By Awesome: Put him up against normal humans and he'll clean house. The problem is his chosen enemies aren't humans.
Prodigal Assassin Yuuthra
A Water-Aspect Exalted, Yuuthra is a widely-known assassin capable of supposedly killing any mark. He has never attempted to hunt down a Celestial, however.
- The Ace: Not for nothing is he called prodigal. The man made his name famous the instant he killed a renowned Fire-Aspect hitman without breaking a sweat.
- Assassin Outclassin': Nurg, a former hitman held in the Centredome, mentions that he often had to give up on pursuing his targets because he heard Yuuthra was after them as well.
- Badass Boast: "You might as well pay me now. I'm already motivated, so the target is already dead."
- The Dreaded: Whole rooms of master assassins go quiet at the mention of his name. Even the Diddler feels no shame in admitting that he was sweating during their entire conversation.
- Improbable Age: He's nineteen, and the world's leading assassin.
- Self-Imposed Challenge: Considers hunting Puck to be this, as he's never tried taking down a Solar Exalted.
