High Impact Games was a Video Game developing company. Founded in 2003 by former members of Insomniac Games and Naughty Dog, it last produced a game in 2012. It is since presumed to have disestablished.
So far, it has made five games, all with connections to either Disney, Jak and Daxter or Ratchet & Clank, although they did work with Activision on porting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 to the Wii. They were initially planning to create a Crash Team Racing sequel for Activision as well, but the plans went into Development Hell. Said game was then reworked into a Dreamworks Animation kart-racer.
Video games developed by this company:
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (Wii, assistance)
- Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure (Nintendo 3DS, Wii, Microsoft Windows)
- Dreamworks Super Star Kartz (Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360)
- Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier (PlayStation 2, PSP)
- Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension (PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii, Nintendo DS)
