Craig Mazin (born April 8, 1971) is an American writer, producer, and director for film and television.
Film-wise he's best known for his work on comedy film series such as Scary Movie and The Hangover. Since 2019, however, he's hit major critical recognition with dramas on television such as Chernobyl and the 2023 live-action TV adaptation of The Last of Us, both for HBO. He’s also overseeing the reboot of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise for Disney.
