- Hoist by Her Own Petard: Dies in the bathroom of her intended victim.

Sadie / Super High School Stereotype: The Sweet Girl's Friend
She's executed as the first blackened.Courtney / Super High School Stereotype: The Type A
She's the sixth victim and the fifth murderer only to be killed by Scott.- No Body Left Behind: What happens to her body isn't clear and it's apparent that she's missing after Duncan's body is discovered.
Scott / Super High School Stereotype: The Troublemaker
He's the fourth blackened and he killed Courtney after she killed Duncan, making him the sixth killer.- Frame-Up: Overplays his hand by doing this. He plants evidence that Lindsay, Dawn, Noah, and Gwen are the killers, making the cast realize they are fake.
Izzy / Super High School Stereotype: The Psycho Hose Beast
She's the seventh victim and the first victim of the fifth murder case when Heather bashes her head with a bottle.- Grievous Bottley Harm: What kills her, courtesy of Heather.
Heather / Super High School Stereotype: The Queen Bee
She's the seventh killer but winds up being the tenth victim after Bridgette shoots her in the head.- Boom, Headshot!: How she meets her end at Bridgette's hand.
Alejandro / Super High School Stereotype: The Arch Villain
He's the ninth victim of the killing game after Sam crushes him with an arcade machine and the eighth killer after drowning DJ.- Combat Pragmatist: Mal astutely points out that he used leverage to incapacitate DJ enough to kill him.
- Squashed Flat: What happens to him.
Sam / Super High School Stereotype: The Nice-Guy Gamer
He's the fifth blackened, executed simultaneously but separately with Bridgette, and as such the ninth killer.- Dirty Coward: After he's singled out, he throws Bridgette under the bus.
Cody / Super High School Stereotype: The Geek
He's the fourth murder victim and third killer, having been injected with Radical-5 by Trent.- Driven to Suicide: After Trent injects him with Radical 5, the last side effect is that he kills himself eventually.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: This cues the others into finding out what eventually killed him.
Sierra / Super High School Stereotype: The Obsessive Super-Fan
She's the third murder victim, killed by Cody with a dumbbell.Zoey / Super High School Stereotype: The Small town Retro Girl
She's the victim of the second murder.Mike / Super High School Stereotype: The Multiple Personality Disorder Guy
He's the eleventh victim and seventh blackened, killing himself.- Drivento Suicide: After seeing Zoey's body he tries to drop a dumbbell on his head. He ultimately succeeds due to his machinations with an elevator.
Lightning / Super High School Stereotype: The Ultimate Jock
He breaks the rules and is killed by Monokuma after the first murder but before the first trial.- Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: The spears of Gungnir do this to him.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Killed before the first class trial when Monokuma makes an example out of him.
Jo / Super High School Stereotype: The Take No Prisoners Jockette
He survives to the end of the game.DJ / Super High School Stereotype: The Brickhouse with Heart
He's the eight victim and the second deceased in the fifth trial after Alejandro drowns him in the piranha tank.Geoff / Super High School Stereotype: The Funnest Guy Around
