Six Walled Cities that exist on the southern half of Liscor, remnants of an age when Drakes and Dragons coexisted. These massive cities boast walls at least three hundred feet high and are nearly impervious to siege. They are the most prosperous and influential of the Drake Cities, and each is known for a different quality which defines it, whether economically, militarily, or culturally. One of their primary industries is selling their armies as mercenary forces to fight elsewhere on the continent, as the cities can easily resist sieges long enough for news to spread and their forces to return. They faced the brunt of the Antinium forces during the first war, and made out largely unscathed.
- Citadel City: The walls' height are the least of their defenses, with powerful magic to defend against sieges built in from the foundations up.

- Agent Peacock: Wall Lord Ilvriss loves fine wine, fashion, and gemstones. He's also a high-level, well-equipped leader who is leading a force to covertly take on The Necromancer.
- Driving Question: A personal one for Wall Lord Ilvriss, directed at Ryoka: what happened to his lieutenant (and beloved) Periss? Ryoka dodges the question for as long as she can to avoid rousing the Necromancer's ire, but when the Necromancer's servants decide to kill her anyway, she finally tells him Periss was slain by the Necromancer's forces.
- The Teetotaler: Ends up as this to prevent himself from falling off the wagon and drowning his loses in alcohol again.
