This page is the character list for Compacts and Conspiracies listed in the fan-supplement Hunter: The Vigil – Dark and Light. For the character sheet for official Compacts and Conspiracies, go here.

Compacts

    #Ammit

  • The Cracker: While no longer stormracked terrorists, the compact are more than happy to destroy their targets through digital means.
  • It Amused Me: Though they try to dress their actions up in the light of the Vigil, members of #Ammit are hinted to still enjoy wreaking havoc for the sake of it.

    Character Risk Analysis

    Star of Bethlehem

  • Action Mom: Action Dad as well; the parents of this group will do whatever they can to protect their children.
  • Fantasy-Forbidding Father: Subverted: The Star of Bethlehem doesn't care that the beings guiding their children are ancient magical royals trying to protect the world. Too many of their children have died over the years to care what the distant queens say.
  • Mama Bear: Admittedly not to the extent of the compact Searchlight from Dream Catchers, but members of the Star of Bethlehem do not suffer their children risking their lives.
  • You Are Grounded!: Outright mentioned by the Light Company's stereotype of them.
"Your daughter is older and wiser than you by centuries and you’re trying to ground her?"

    The Light Company

  • Bodyguarding a Badass: Princesses are already more than capable of keeping themselves alive, but many still consider the Light Company valuable support.
  • Hero Secret Service: No powers, but more than willing to fight alongside a princess.
  • Pragmatic Hero: As princesses are naturally charismatic, they may try to convince the sworn to serve without accepting any return. The ones skilled enough to remain diplomatic while negotiating for payment are seen as some of the best members of the compact.
  • Support Party Member: Albeit not in terms of buffing or backing up their temporary princess. A member of the Light Company can help with anything from homework to even filling in for their noble charge when said princess is busy battling evil.

Conspiracies

    Sanitation Workers Committee

    The Peoples Guard

  • Anti-Magical Faction: Thanks to their endowment, and due to their past "incidents" with magic users, the revolutionaries do not look kindly on magical abilities.
  • Bomb Throwing Anarchist: Their current appearance, both in their own actions and how they're viewed by others.
  • The French Revolution: The origin of the Guard's fight, as well as their hatred for anything related to nobility.

    The Magisters of the Economy
