Greg making Sophia stop playing around during their first fight. Take note of the fact that a relatively normal human just made a fully trained Ward take him seriously. She then proceeds to absolutely dismantle Greg, of course, but still not bad for a guy who just recently gained the power of the Gamer.
Greg takes on four merchants at the same time. He beats them all only for one of them to pull a gun on him by the end of the fight and lower his HP to 0. This is immediately followed by him getting back on his feet and beating the one who shot him unconscious. Bonus points for doing this all while wearing a Jason Voorhees-Esque mask!
Greg, a socially stunted teenager with untreated Aspergers, manages to call Stormtiger racist straight to his face and gets away with it. The guy has a charisma score of 1.
Rematch between Greg and Sophia! With the help of his taunting skill, and a bit of luck with some critical hits, he actually manages to win against the out-of-costume Ward. He even manages to get a bonus for defeating her in only three hits.
"The Reason You Suck" Speech Greg gives to Taylor after she snaps at him even though he was trying to help her is absolutely brutal, breaking down a lot of the actions Taylor has taken from Greg's perspective while simultaneously making her even more of a social outcast. It was so good that he even gains a charisma point for it.
Greg (in secret identity) versus Shadow Stalker! From a school fight to a cape fight; escalation at its finest.
After taking a few hits from Shadow Stalker, Greg manages to get his bearings and even succeeds in accidentally pulling off an Arrow Catch.
With a tiny bit of innovative thinking, Greg uses his Mana Glitter spell in conjunction with Aerokinesis in order to halt Sophia's phasing. This allows him to pull a freaking win against a Ward not holding back at all!
Greg going back to save Weaver from Lung. Even though he is afraid, he simply can't let himself leave someone in trouble.
At first, Greg almost considers throwing in the towel due to Lung's regeneration and constantly growing strength. However thanks to Lady Bug's (Weaver's) constant bug attacks he changes his mind and goes straight for the offense.
Using his sword he starts cutting him little by little and avoids all of his strikes. Turns out that all of the power in the world can't help you if you can't hit your target. He even cuts one of his eyes! David versus Goliath at its finest.
After having to fight off the Undersiders and Lung before that, Greg has more or less had it. He completely rejects Stormtiger's offer to join the Empire and even says that threatening won't work out because of one simple reason.
Prodigy: Good, and you know who I fought. I went up against the Dragon of Kyushu, and I'm still standing. I read somewhere most capes don't last more than one minute. I lasted ten. And the dragon lost. Now, this is the part where you're gonna make your pitch. You're going to say that 'cause I'm white and blond, I'd be a great fit for your little band of Nazi cosplayers. Or that you can protect me from the ABB when they're gunning for revenge. Or some other BS like money, fame or whatever, like I'm some five-year-old who'll climb into your creep-mobile because you pulled up next to me with candy. Here's my rebuttal. I have a ''fucking magic sword,'' and I know how to use it. And if you doubt that, you can ask Lung who the hell cut out his eye and disemboweled his giant scaly ass.
Greg starting a war against ABB. Taking down all of their fighters one by one, tearing down all of them till he reaches Bakuda.
Later on, going against Stormtiger and Purity due to them thinking he was Oni Lee because of his costume.
After that, he finally confronts Oni Lee. Unfortunately, due to allowing the rage cloud his mind, Oni Lee gets the upper hand and wins the fight. The only reason he survives is due to the Laserdream saving him in return for saving her and Shielder.
Greg finally locates Bakuda only to be shot in the throat and told that there's nothing he can do because he's lethally injured while she has both hostages and a Dead Man's Switch that's primed to wipe Brockton Bay off the map. While she's boasting about how intelligent she is and how she came out on top in the end, Greg calmly examines her from head to toe, realizes that the dead man switch must be located in the villainess's boots, and then proceeds to [Burst] forward to both figuratively and literally cut Bakuda off at the knees.
A single cop manages to stand up to Greg over his use of excessive force. While the alternatives said cop proposes wouldn't have worked thanks to Bakuda's switch actually being a set of toe rings, the sheer balls required to stand up to a Cape that just took down the entire ABB are astounding.
Greg delivers a rather poignant What the Hell, Hero? speech to Dauntless and the PRT as a whole after the heroes arrive at the scene of the crime only after the victims have been taken away while looking camera-ready. Although completely unprepared, he manages to come up with an amazing response that leaves Dauntless both ashamed and speechless.
