* BalkingSummonedSpirit: In "Strike Up the Sand", Sadira summons a sand demon to try and get Jasmine out of the way so she can have Aladdin to herself. While the demon initially goes along with her orders, Sadira's lack of a plan and general indecision ultimately annoys it enough that it swallows the amulet used to summon it and decides to smash everyone around it, including Sadira.

In spite of Phil's complaints, he manages to muscle through and break the clothesline.

* SlapstickKnowsNoGender: Jasmine is usually immune to comedic misfortune, with things that might be funny when happening to other characters being played a bit more seriously when happening to her, but certain episodes do avert that - for example, in "Sneeze the Day" Genie gets sick and loses control of his powers. Aladdin and Iago go off to find a cure, leaving Jasmine behind to be the brunt of a bunch of gags as Genie's magic goes crazy. And then of course there's [[ForcedTransformation "Do The Rat Thing."]] In general, Sadira is a bit more prone to getting into goofy situations as well. Even ''Mirage'' gets subjected to this by Genie or Chaos.
