In hindsight I don't think Esoteric Motifs is actually a TIA, since it's the characters who broadly extend the motifs to each other, rather than the creators scattering them in overly specific blink-and-you'll-miss-it scenes/acts in the story. Soaperizing is one I've been thinking about recently though, and I think it works as a TIA in the opposite sense (interests in relationships aren't really scattered throughout the story, but in comparison to previous filler they can seem that way).
