Taking place during the Dragon Destiny saga, the Greeed escape from the Kanto Art Museum, very much in the same manner as the first cold opening in OOO. Moments later, a crowd is gathered in front the museum, Hakufu and Kokin among them, wondering if it was a robbery. Hakufu soon finds the red Core Medal, obviously attracting Ankh's attention. But when Yummies appear in the city, and turn out to be capable of overpowering top Fighters such as Saji, Ryomou, and Chou-un, Ankh has no other option but to allow Hakufu to become KamenRiderOOO to stop the rival Yummies. But just how will this affect the destiny of the Fighters?

* DidNotDoTheResearch:In the first chapter, A group of Hawk Cans remove the pile of the Bear Yummy's Cell Medals. But Gameru Yummies only have one Cell Medal to begin with.
** Confirmed in #9, Ankh himself says that Gameru's Yummy burn through their own Cell Medals when they use their power. Notice how much the Bison Yummy used it's gravity powers. The Bear Yummy was only using it's claws and strength when fighting OOO. So of course it would still have plenty of Medals to give away.

* DifferentAsNightAndDay: Hakufu, a lovable moron who wants to protect everyone, and Ankh, a manipulative jerkass who cares for no one but himself.
** Counts for Koukin and Ankh as well. While the former is reaspectable to most people, the latter is brash and rude.

* HighOctaneNightmareFuel: The first part of chapter one shows exactly why the [[SoundtrackDissonance Happy Birthday]] bit was mainly censored.

* YourHeadASplode: Ankh silently stated that it should have happened to Koukin after the Bear Yummy was though with him. If Koukin weren't a Fighter, that [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel WOULD]] have happened.

* CuteShotaroBoy: Shamoku was once this when he was younger. He was even shorter that Ryuubi.

* LoopholeAbuse: Ankh made a deal with Dr. Maki to keep Hakufu from going after the Cuttlefish Yummy for the next 24. He then tells Hakufu to tell the other Fighters to go after them, since they weren't involved in the deal.
