[[caption-width-right:350:DRIIIIIIINK!]]

Protagonist of the ''VideoGame/{{Bloodborne}}'' playthrough.

* TheAlcoholic: Every resurrection he experiences is similar to a shot of whiskey to the body. By the end of it all, its amazing how he or any of the people controlling him haven't died of alcohol poisoning yet.
* {{BFS}}: Eventually takes up Ludwig's Holy Sword as his weapon and favors the Great Sword mode. It's eventually max leveled.
* DidYouJustRomanceCthulhu:
** Is married to [[EldritchAbomination Ebrietas]] and apparently fighting is foreplay. Doesn't stop him from killing her, though.
** His second wife is Adeline who is a hideously deformed woman with an oversized brain who drinks brain juice.
* FullFrontalAssault: For awhile, he spent most of his time fighting in his boxers. Eventually they decided to dress him up.
* {{Gonk}}: Was deliberately created to be as weird looking and bizarre as possible.
* GlassCannon: They put most of his stats into attack and ''very'' little into defense. While he has decent HP, he can't take hits very well.
* LetsGetDangerous: Once Grant takes control with his high experience with the Dark Souls Series, it's a sure bet that Stiltskin will obviously up his game! Mainly because the boys don't want to die to alcohol poisoning.
* NominalHero: He's a 'hero' in the sense he's fighting maneating monsters, but he's not a good person. For reference: he literally murders nearly ''every'' NPC in the entire game that's killable except his wife just because he can. Lampshaded by the hosts, who note he was a monster.
* SoleSurvivor: Credited as the ''Survivor of Earth'' due to being cloned by Captain Ravager (Himself the sole survivor of Vault 111) and sent to a new world, presumably to ensure human life could continue despite the irradiated wasteland the Earth had become.
* UnskilledButStrong: His skill stat was badly neglected in favor of strength and vitality. This is an issue, considering there's a good chunk of gear he's literally too dumb to use.

!!Captain Richard Ravager III

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_captain_by_graphicturtle_d9wk889.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:350:SKREEEE!]]

The "[[VillainProtagonist hero]]" of the ''VideoGame/Fallout4'' playthrough.

* AxCrazy: Kills about as many innocents as he does actual threats.
* BloodKnight: Frequently murders just for the hell of it.
* CatchPhrase: “Everyone who points a gun at me dies.” This was what he said to Sinjin’s crew when trying to intimidate them into lowering their weapons, and he began using it as a general credo.
* CharacterOverlap: Meets Dumpae in episode 13 of the ''VideoGame/DarkSoulsIII'' Playthrough.
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He betrays just about everyone he works with, from the Minutemen to the Brotherhood of Steel. The only faction he is shown to have a shred of genuine loyalty towards is Captain Ironsides and the robots that serve as the crew of the U.S.S. Constitution, and even then he doesn't hesitate to rob Ironsides' private quarters when he gets a key.
* DisproportionateRetribution: All over the place, as normally his justifications for mass murder range from [[EvilIsPetty petty slights]] to flat out InsaneTrollLogic (like walking in front of someone firing a gun and then being surprised when he's shot), with the most notable instance being [[spoiler:the slaughter of Vault 81]] ''over a kickball''.
* EtTuBrute: This was his reaction to Piper shooting him when he started [[spoiler:slaughtering the people of Vault 81]].
* EvilIsPetty: He is a very petty man with the flimsiest of reasons for his actions, murderous or otherwise. For example, after [[spoiler:killing the inhabitants of Vault 81, including her parents and pet cat]], just because Erin didn't give him the kickball she promised, he turned over a waste bin in her classroom and tried to put it on her head like a dunce cap.
* EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor: Does incredibly tacky things with the corpses of his victims. Like rubbing them in the face of loved ones, or plopping them on a student’s desk and telling them to dissect it.
* FallenHero: Goes from somewhat a somewhat noble JerkWithAHeartOfGold NominalHero to far worse with next to no hope of return by the end of the playthrough.
* FantasticRacism: Hates (dirty, fucking) synths with a passion. He explains it as his disgust for robots pretending to be humans and being dishonest with their true nature. Actual robots who accept their own mechanical nature (such as Ironsides) he’s fine with, and Nick Valentine he seems to be relatively ok with.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: While he used guns at the start of the playthrough the Captain eventually switched over to exclusively using his fists to solve his problems.
** One of his Weapons of Choice is a mechanical, arm-mounted battering ram called the "Sinister Mr. Fister", and enemies that fall victim to it are considered "fisted".
* HairTriggerTemper: Again, kickball.
* HiddenDepths: It’s implied several times during Nuka World that the only reason he continues to take chems, murder everyone who slights him, and eat people is because he’s afraid what will happen if he stops and realizes just what he’s become.
* HotBlooded: It doesn’t matter how impractical it is for him, how hard it would bite him in the future, or how much of ''his own fault'' it is. If someone even slightly crosses The Captain, ''them and everyone nearby is going to die''.
* ImAHumanitarian: [[WebVideo/{{HellsingUltimateAbridged}} Bitch, he eats people.]]
* JumpingOffTheSlipperySlope: After the [[spoiler:Vault 81]] incident, the Captain hurled himself off the slippery slope and never looked back.
* LegacyCharacter: He passes the mantle of the Silver Shroud to Piper after completing the required challenges, and dons the costume of Grognak the Barbarian the remainder of his journey.
* MoralityPet: Initially, Piper Wright was the closest he had to this, and he would sometimes send her away before doing something terrible that she'd hate because he wanted to romance her. It’s not until his love of kickball snaps him out of her seduction [[spoiler:and she turns against him to side with the Vault 81 inhabitants he’s slaughtering]] that he gives up on trying to impress her and fully embraces his monstrous AxCrazy side.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: TFS theorized during the Nuka World playthrough that one day he’s going to encounter something, like a lone kickball rolling by, and snap back to reality out of the sheer realization of how far he's [[FallenHero fallen]].
* NeverMyFault: He'll assert up and down that whatever DisproportionateRetribution he dished out was the fault of whoever slighted him, even if he was doing something stupid like ''standing in front of an Operator's line of fire during target practice''.
** He actually blames [[spoiler:the entire Vault 81 community for their deaths by his hands]], claiming that they fostered an environment which raised little Erin to be a lying, {{ungrateful|Bastard}} piece of shit who won’t hold up her end of the deals she makes, stiffing the Captain out of the kickball she promised him.
* NominalHero: Back in the early days of the playthrough as the Captain tended to have a HairTriggerTemper and would often murder people if they looked at him funny but at the very least he was still somewhat loyal to certain sides. However by the time he [[spoiler:kills his son twice and massacres the residents of Vault 81]] any traces of goodness vanish completely and he becomes the VillainProtagonist for the remainder of the playthrough.
* NukeEm: One of his final kills against [[spoiler:Vault 81's inhabitants]] is launching a mini nuke at the small group of them cowering behind the large generators.
* OffingTheOffspring: Remorselessly kills off [[spoiler:Father, the leader of the Institute and progenitor of the human-based Synths,]] on first sight. When given the chance to restart, he hears out the guy's backstory [[spoiler:which confirms that he is indeed the Captain’s long lost son Shaun]]… and then kills him again.
** By extension, the [[spoiler:human-types among the dirty, fucking synths he hates with a passion]] are his biological descendants, including [[spoiler:Paladin Danse and Magnolia]], who he killed.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: When asked to do a favor by anyone, his immediate first reaction is to haggle for increasing payment.
* RageBreakingPoint: Reaches it at the end of Nuka World, and by proxy the end of the entire LP, when he realizes that none of the rides in Nuka World work except for one. The last we see of him is him charging out of Dry Rock Gulch screaming and killing everything in his path.
* RecklessGunUsage: After killing [[spoiler:Father, the leader of the Institute]] with the Sinister Mr. Fister and stripping his corpse down, he later fires the Pecking Order machine gun at the undressed corpse repeatedly to make it move across the floor and dance. He ends up shooting himself in the leg during this.
* ScreamingWarrior: Picked up a habit of screeching like a ''fucking raptor'' when going into battle after getting his Deathclaw Gauntlet.
* SeriousBusiness:
** The Captain is very serious about his rank as captain, getting mad at anyone who dares to give him a title of lesser rank, or even higher rank because it isn’t captain. The sole exception is Captain Ironsides giving him a lieutenant hat, because he respects Ironsides and likes how the hat works with his aesthetic.
** Kickball is such serious business for him that he [[spoiler:slaughtered the people of Vault 81, including Erin’s parents and her pet cat Ashes]] because little Erin never gave the kickball she promised in exchange for him rescuing her cat, and [[MoralityPet Piper]]’s seduction could no longer keep him in line after that.
* StupidEvil: The Captain tends to make decisions when he's calm based on ForTheEvulz. When he’s angry (which is so easy, you’d be forgiven for believing he’s just making up an excuse to do it), he’ll just kill everyone within a 500 mile radius. Either way, consequences and reasons be damned.
* TooDumbToLive: Some of the things the Captain does are absurdly stupid to the point of being suicidal.
* TookALevelInJerkass: Goes from "slightly noble" to "the only thing keeping him from being a HateSink is just how goddamn [[CrossesTheLineTwice funny]] he is" and even that doesn't save him from making some people despise him.
* TryToFitThatOnABusinessCard: That's Mr. Mrs. Sir Knight Lord Lady Fairy Prince Kentucky Fried Flying Rocket Rocketeering Ravishing Rez Monster Monk Super Silver One Punch President Mayor Doctor Chief Parker Master Champion Coach Professor General Honorary Lieutenant Bachelor Barbarian Pirate Ex Husband and Former Father Captain Richard "The Raptor" Ravager III, to you.
* VillainProtagonist: While a lot of Team Four Star's playable characters have notable dark sides to them, Captain Ravager III stands out as the most unrepentant and psychotic of them all, perfectly willing to murder, and eat, anyone at the drop of a hat for [[DisproportionateRetribution the most minor of reasons]]. Please keep in mind that this includes Dumplin, [[spoiler: who is not only a ''demon god'' but turns out to be a pre-timeskip ''Popo.'']]
* WalkingArmory: He acquires multiple weapons throughout his adventures.
** His very first one is a set of bladed knuckles, though he only uses them during the start of his adventure and they are retired after the Sinister Mr. Fister is acquired.
** Divorce, a pistol taken from Kellogg. Named after the fact that Kellogg used it to murder Nora.
** A power fist named the “Sinister Mr. Fister”, taken from the lake monster Swan. Imagine a mechanical gauntlet with a pneumatic battering ram built into it, and chained to the end of the piston is a block of concrete with pipes haphazardly embedded in it. When the Captain uses it on his victims, the process is referred to as “fisting” them. He eventually passes it on to Cait once he acquires the Fisters sister claw or jus.
** An alien blaster pistol taken from the site of a UFO crash, which was soon labelled “Standard Dildo+”. It was with this weapon that Captain Ravager officially began [[spoiler:his massacre of Vault 81]], starting by blasting the head of [[spoiler:the cat he just rescued for Erin]] with this weapon.
** A tommy gun that was previously called the “Spray & Pray” before getting rechristened as the “Pecking Order”. Grant, who is decidedly not a fan of the [[WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged show]] that name is a [[ShoutOut reference]] to, was not amused with the new name.
** General Chao's Revenge, a sword that is particularly effective against robots, which is quite useful in killing synths.
** “Fisters sister claw or jus” a modified Deathclaw gauntlet that was named by audience vote. Sorta. They audience wanted to pick either “Fister’s Sister’s Claw” or just “Fister’s Sister”. The guys tried to fit the most liked '''[[ExactWords comment]]''' into the name.
* WildCard: He makes unpredictable decisions and betrays sides at the drop of a hat.
* WouldHitAGirl: Your gender will not spare you if you piss him off.
* WouldHurtAChild: The only reason that all the children survived [[spoiler:the Vault 81 massacre]] (despite one child's actions being the cause of the Captain's anger) is because the game did not allow them to be killed.

!!Dumpae

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dumpe.JPG]]
%%[[caption-width-right:350:some caption text]]

Protagonist of the ''VideoGame/DarkSoulsIII'' playthrough.

* ActionGirl: Is the only female protagonist of the Ravager clan.
* BeardedLady: Has a bushy green one.
* BlindWeaponmaster: She can't see because her gigantic forehead ridge covering her eyes, but she's still effective in combat.
* BookDumb: Is pretty dang strong and unlike her father fairly skilled in combat, but her intelligence is abysmal.
* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: Is noted as being the ''very'' different than her father, and grandfather for that matter. For starters, she generally doesn't murder innocent civilians or allies at the drop of a hat.
* DeathGlare: Her face is pretty much molded into one.
* {{Gonk}}: Like her father, her face is horribly deformed and in fact, it might even be ''worse!'' While Dumplestiltskin's face was square, her head is pretty much flattened.
* ItsPersonal: With Yhorm after he [[spoiler:kills Siegward, who she was actually friends with. She even trades out her signature hat for Siegward's helmet in his memory]].
* KatanasAreJustBetter: Uses a katana as one of her main weapons. It's also got a fire attribute to it, at least until they trade it out.
* MultiMeleeMaster: Each of the players have a different weapons preferences, so she has multiple weapons she cycle through. Her most often used weapons are a katana, a pair of knives, and a {{BFS}} with a small side dagger.
* OnlySaneWoman: Out of the Ravager Clan, being actually serious. She's also not as prone to murdering innocent civilians as her kin, which gets lampshaded.
* PlayingWithFire: Knows pyromancy and her katana had a fire attribute.
* RequiredSpinoffCrossover: Finds herself face to face with her ''Grandfather'' Captain Ravager!
* RoaringRampageOfRevenge: Against Yhorm [[spoiler:after he kills Siegward.]]
* SpinOffspring: Dumple's daughter, which makes her the granddaughter of Captain Ravager by means of her father's origins.
* TopHeavyGuy: Thin legs, but muscular chest and arms.
* UglyCute: Shares the same deformities as her father.
* WhiteSheep: She's the only member of the Ravager Clan who isn't a murderous psychopath.

!!Joeymaru San

The first samurai protagonist of the ''VideoGame/WayOfTheSamurai4'' playthrough, who came to Japan as the very first weeaboo.

* AllMenArePerverts: He futilely attempts to hit on every woman after a lucky first try leads to an invitation for a night of loving, and he is easily convinced into trying to protest against a hospital being built because “the fair maidens” at the shogunate don’t want to pay taxes for its construction. It gets him killed.
* BlatantLies: Claiming to be Hijikata of the Shinsengumi is his trademark way of picking up women, which really only worked the first time.
* CatchPhrase: “I am Hijikata of the Shinsengumi,” is his go-to pickup line when trying to flirt with women. When talking to people in general, he tends to say, “I’m allowed to kill you if I want to.”
* DirtyCoward: He chickens out and abandons the shogunate in the cave where the xenophobic nationalists were hiding, leaving them to their demise.
* GratuitousJapanese: PlayedForLaughs, as he learned from manga and anime and his completely lost in actual Japanese conversations.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: He randomly switches sides between the xenophobic nationalists and the shogunate.
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: He sold all his clothes to buy a boat and then wrapped the boat’s sail around his crotch as his only remaining clothing.
* OccidentalOtaku: The very first weeaboo ever.
* RobbingTheDead: The hospital apparently looted his corpse after he died trying to close it down, and Billygetsu later buys his stuff from a merchant outside the hospital.
* SerialRomeo: He hits on every woman he sees, with limited success beyond a lucky first try.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: He dies a pitiful death at the hands of Melinda Megamelons while trying to prevent a hospital from being built only three episodes in.

!!Billygetsu San

The second attempt at a protagonist for the ''VideoGame/WayOfTheSamurai4'' playthrough, who lasts significantly longer and is slightly more successful than his predecessor, fellow San clan member Joeymaru.

* CatchPhrase: “I’m allowed to kill you if I want to,” is how he… interviews new recruits for his dōjō. This becomes the creed of the dōjō.
* TheDitz: He forgot to bring a sword when he went to Japan, and during his first fights, he keeps tripping over bodies and falling down.
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: Like Joeymaru, he wears little besides undergarments. Unlike Joeymaru, he wears actual boxers.
* PragmaticVillainy: He sides against the xenophobic nationalists not for any noble reasons, but because they oppose Western trade, and he needs a source of profit when he builds his criminal empire.
* RobbingTheDead: A pupil of his dōjō ran up to him and reported about them getting challenged only to be run over by a random train right in front of Billygetsu. Billygetsu then takes his sword and bamboo.
* SuperiorSuccessor: His tenure is much longer than Joeymaru’s, and [[spoiler:his overall evaluation at the end of his life]] ranks one level above Joeymaru’s.

!!Drake Adams

Ben's character for the Morrowind Multiplayer Stream, a Breton knight traveling the land of Morrowind alongside his two companions Dindal and Granticus III. He may or may not be Emperor Uriel Septim VII.

* KingIncognito: Possibly. He first says that he is close personal friend of the Emperor of Tamriel and then later claims that he actually is the Emperor.

!!Dindal

Kirran's character, a Bosmer pilgrim traveling alongside Drake. He is known to pray to Y'ffre (The God of the Wood) for blessings.
* CloudCuckoolander: He is clearly the most eccentric of the group.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: The stream ends with Dindal becoming a God and ascending into the heavens.
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: He spends the second half of the stream completely naked except for a pair of expensive shoes.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: While he appears to be the same age as the other two, he is actually only twelve years old.

!!Granticus III

Grant's character(obviously), an Argonian traveling alongside Drake.

* AmbiguouslyGay: While exploring a Dwemer ruin, he and Drake start making out on a bed, but he claims that they are merely playing a game of Gay Chicken.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Tries to kill Drake over a bad pun.
-->'''Drake''': Yes, do you not see after we murdered this innocent passer-by, we were set upon by... bad kwama.
-->'''Granticus''': ...for that you must die!
* ForgotAboutHisPowers: Inverted. He says that as an Argonian he can breathe underwater but later discovers that particular passive ability is in Oblivion and Skyrim, but not Morrowind where it's a racial spell that only lasts for 120 seconds. As a result, he almost drowns.
* LegacyCharacter: He is the third Granticus in a line of murderers.

** One of his Weapons of Choice is a mechanical, arm-mounted battering ram called the "Sinister Mr. Fister", and enemies that fall victim to it are considered "fisted".
* HairTriggerTemper: Again, kickball.
* SeriousBusiness:

No troping creators irl. Just the chracters.

[[folder:Main Cast]]
!!Nick [='=]Creator/{{Lanipator}}[='=] Landis
* BackFromTheDead: He and Kirran are randomly killed by Dumplin and sent to the Fuck Box at the end of ''The Adventures of Dumplin'' episode 39. The next episode begins with Taka and Kaiser using the Dragon Balls to bring back ''Lirran'', who immediately defuses into Lani and Kirran.
* CountryMatters: Probably his favorite swear word.
* DamnYouMuscleMemory: At some point in ''Xenoverse 2'', he got messed up with the controls from playing ''Budokai 2'' so much.
** Earlier in ''The Adventures of Puddin'', he botched a mission that had Puddin fight [[WakeUpCallBoss Cooler and Freeza]] on Namek for the first time because of this. After Freeza had been dealt with, Cooler was preoccupied with fighting Gokū, leaving him wide open to be attacked by Puddin. She was just about to finish him off with the Last Blast, then Lani instead used "[[DrawAggro The Savior Has Come]]" by accident.
* FailedASpotCheck: Lani is notorious for overlooking and missing vital pieces of information and basic stuff that the games give the player, leading to many instances of him making it harder than it should be and complaining GuideDangIt about something he lacked the patience to pay attention to.
* FindOutNextTime: Is usually the one to call out the end of the video with this.
* LargeHam: He is VERY loud.
* LeeroyJenkins: This is his usual style for video games, and he refuses to block during fighting games like ''Budokai 2''.
* ManOfAThousandVoices: He is versatile and does a lot of voices for a lot of characters. His Vegeta, Krillin, and Piccolo voices for ''Dragon Ball Z Abridged'' are often heard when they play ''Dragon Ball'' video games.
* NeverLiveItDown: In the early days of his Internet fame, his computer burned out and his crowdfunding attempts to pay for some replacement parts this proved far more successful than expected, which inadvertently led to a reputation for being the biggest money-grubbing member of TFS.
* NoIndoorVoice: A given considering who he voices in ''DBZ Abridged''. Often lampshaded.
** The TFS streaming couch has a special seat reserved specifically for him simply because its microphone is the only one tuned to his volume.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: He had an undeserved reputation early on in his Internet career for being a greedy money grubber who always looks for opportunities to demand more cash from others. This is occasionally mocked, like in a pre-stream skit in which he falls for an obvious "dollar on a fishing lure" trap and refuses to let go of the dollar even when his arm gets trapped in a door.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He has noted that nowadays, the only people who don't regularly call him "Lani" are his family.
* SirSwearsALot: All of them have no problem with cursing, but Lani in particular is the most frequent swearer and the one who enjoys it the most.
* TimeStandsStill: He has often mentioned that his favorite superpower in video games is time manipulation, especially of this variety.
* TokenEvilTeammate: PlayedForLaughs, though a better term would probably be "More Evil Teammate". Lani, when he is the player, tends to make more [[VideoGameCrueltyPotential evil choices]] and come up with more unhinged interpretations of their {{Player Character}}s[=.=] For an example, when Frogurt was invented by Kirran and Grant they were a genuine hero, but when Lani joined, they became a paranoid KnightTemplar.
* WorldBuilding: He has mentioned that he is a big proponent of establishing lore and backstory for their [=OCs=] whenever they make one for Let's Plays.

!!Kirran '[=LordMoonstone=]' Somerlade
* BackFromTheDead: He and Lani are randomly killed by Dumplin and sent to the Fuck Box at the end of ''The Adventures of Dumplin'' episode 39. The next episode begins with Taka and Kaiser using the Dragon Balls to bring back ''Lirran'', who immediately defuses into Kirran and Lani.
* ButtMonkey: Is often the one to flub the nicknaming CouchGag and embarrass himself in the process.
* CollectiveIdentity: For "TFS Plays BATMAN Telltale", Kirran and Grant are collectively referred to as the "World's Greatest Detective", as in a single detective (not to be confused with a certain [[Series/KamenRiderDouble two-in-one detective]] from a [[Franchise/KamenRider franchise]] Kirran is a fan of), with Batman as their protégé. The detective label persists in other places, such as ''WebVideo/{{Unabridged}}'' and when they play ''VideoGame/AmongUs'', though Kirran does more of the actual sleuthing in the latter.
* CrutchCharacter: In episode 15 of "TFS Plays BATMAN Telltale", Kirran is absent and his spot is taken by Creator/Hbi2k, while Grant takes hold of the controls for the first time when Kirran would normally be the one handling the quick time event gameplay. It soon becomes apparent that Grant is not nearly as skilled as Kirran is in that department, and he ends up getting Batman killed multiple times.
* EmbarrassingTattoo: Not really, but when [[ItMakesSenseInContext his parents made a bet with each other and his mom called him]] to ask what childhood shows he'd get tattoos of if he had to, he said his first two picks would be of [[Series/BarneyAndFriends Barney the Dinosaur]] and the Franchise/PowerRangers (which she guessed correctly).
* GreatDetective: His deductive reasoning skill in ''VideoGame/AmongUs'' earns him much respect and fear.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Lani and Grant, the latter of whom he shares an apartment with as well as certain tastes in anime.
* TheHyena: All of them laugh a lot, but Kirran in particular laughs like a hyena.
* KnowNothingKnowItAll: PlayedForLaughs. For some of the licensed video game adaptations of anime series like ''Naruto'' or ''One Piece'', Kirran will claim to be the "lore-master" despite knowing very little of what he's talking about and pretend to know things about canon that are clearly, hilariously incorrect.
-->'''Kirran''': I will deliver any tutorial. ''I'' am the ''Manga/OnePiece'' lore-master.
* MistakenIdentity: A lot of fans who have seen him or met him for the first time have almost always confused him for Taka, due to both of them having long hair and glasses. Which has led the fans and the team itself to make nicknames for him like "[=Takahata102=]", "Kirrahata", "[=Twokahata=]", and etc.
** In fact in one Team Four Star's panels due to sitting right next to each other, Kirran just steals Taka's microphone and introduces himself as Taka instead.
** Another one in the same Panel, where one of the Con-Goers asks if Taka and Kirran would fight, what would happen. One person in the team (Howard) states that they would probably fuse together to become the Original being they once were, '''[=Takahata100=]'''.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Inverted. Kirran does have an Internet username ([=LordMoonstone=]), but is rarely addressed by it in commentary, and unlike most other Team Four Star members, is probably better known by his real name than his alias. He shares this distinction with Grant.
** They lampshade this during the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zg8i-Cr71nc 14th]] part of ''Raging Blast 2'' Playthrough where Lani thinks the last time they referred to him as [=LordMoonstone=] was during their old {{VideoGame/Evolve}} playthroughs.
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: Kirran has hydrophobia, specifically being unnerved by deep bodies of water. He says that he's fine if you can see the bottom (like a swimming pool), but deeper or murky waters bother him. The guys will occasionally tease him about this, but for the most part they just try to reassure him (as seen in ''Fallout 4'' when they have to go swimming to progress the game).

!!William Grant 'Master Wuggles/Master [=WGS=]' Smith
* TheAce:
** In general, Grant is often considered and/or joked by the audience to be very funny, smart, and handsome, and his resultant popularity has been brought up occasionally.
** When it comes to their ''VideoGame/{{Bloodborne}}''[=/=]''[[VideoGame/DarkSouls Souls]]'' playthroughs, Grant knows the most about the lore of the games and is usually the one to defeat the most difficult bosses. By the end of their ''VideoGame/DarkSouls3'' playthrough Grant's killed twice as many bosses as both Lani and Kirran.
** Grant plays ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBros'' competitively, and is consistently shown to be one of the best of the couch at playing fighting games, alongside Kirran.
* ActuallyPrettyFunny: Grant's not really a fan of ''DBZA'''s style of comedy, but he has admitted to being amused by some of the jokes in it. For example, he liked the scene in ''Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan Abridged'' with a SissyFight against Broly using pitifully ineffectual slapping sounds made by [=KaiserNeko=]'s hands.
* BreakoutCharacter: Was such a popular guest on the TFS Plays videos that he became a full time member and now essentially composes the FaceOfTheBand regarding gaming content alongside Lani and Kirran.
* ButtMonkey: Every time he tries to roll the dice in their [=DnD=] campaign it almost always ends terribly.
-->'''Grant:''' If Grant had a character sheet, luck would be 0.
* CatchPhrase: "I'm Grant, by the way," in his earlier appearances.
* CausticCritic: Prior to joining Team Four Star, he had unintentionally gained a reputation for hating everything, and it was only brought to his attention after his SoOkayItsAverage reaction to the finale of ''WebVideo/JojosBizarreAdventureAbridged'' was met with Howard saying that of course Grant hates it. This was due to him being a naysayer who used to criticize new episodes of ''DBZA'' on forums [[HypeBacklash in response to the praise they were getting]].
* CollectiveIdentity: For "TFS Plays BATMAN Telltale", Grant and Kirran are collectively referred to as the "World's Greatest Detective", as in a single detective, with Batman as their protégé. The detective label persists in other places, such as ''WebVideo/{{Unabridged}}'' and when they play ''VideoGame/AmongUs'', though Kirran does more of the actual sleuthing in the latter.
** From episode 15 onwards, Kirran is absent and his spot is taken by Creator/Hbi2k, who becomes "0.27 of the World's Greatest Detective" while Grant remains as half of said detective.
* CriticalDissonance:
** He has identified himself as a frequent "''[[Anime/DragonBallGT GT]]'' apologist" at least once before.
** Subverted with ''[[VideoGame/ShadowTheHedgehog Shadow the]] [[RatedMForManly Edge]][[VideoGame/ShadowTheHedgehog hog]]'', which actually turns out to be ''worse'' than he remembers being willing to defend.
* DeadpanSnarker: Most TFS members in general qualify as this to some degree, but Grant's commentary in particular oozes this dryness.
* GuestStarPartyMember: Initially a guest commentator for their ''VideoGame/{{Bloodborne}}'' streams before joining the team fully.
* HanlonsRazor: During a Tuesdayhem stream, the audience wanted to vote Grant for the Dirty Dan award because he completely ruined Kirran's strategy during a game of ''Yu-Gi-Oh!'' in a previous stream, to which Grant pointed out that the Dirty Dan is supposed to [[CheatersNeverProsper penalize malicious acts of unfairness]], whereas his screwing over Kirran was an honest mistake borne from his own ignorance of the game.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Lani and Kirran, the latter of whom he shares an apartment with and has similar interests in anime.
* HonoraryUncle: Is considered one of Puddin's "grandfathers" despite not being present for the creation of her father, Dumplin.
* HypeBacklash: Grant is actually ''not'' a fan of the comedy in ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged'', despite becoming a member of Team Four Star and being close friends with the show's creators.
* InformedAttractiveness: A RunningGag with him is that he is considered by the audience to be smart and handsome.
* LeeroyJenkins: During "TFS Plays ''Legacy of Goku 2''", he insists on letting the near-death Piccolo charge into battle against [[ThatOneBoss Cyborg Tao]] whenever they recover the slightest bit of health despite Kirran repeatedly pointing out that it would be smarter to just wait and let Piccolo regenerate a more substantial amount of health before fighting Tao again.
* LevelGrinding: The story of why Lakigr's Spearow (later Fearow) is named "Alex" involves Grant in his childhood doing this to a Spearow that a friend named Alex tricked him into taking out of a lousy trade for a much better Pokémon. With enough LevelGrinding, Grant's new Pokémon [[CurbStompBattle wiped the floor]] with Alex's team and secured his revenge.
* NostalgiaFilter: Zig-Zagged and played with in "TFS Plays ''VideoGame/ShadowTheHedgehog''". He fully admits that the game is not good, but remembers having been an impressionable youth who thought the game was awesome for its attempts at RatedMForManly. He also recalls being somewhat of an apologist for the game who's able to appreciate parts of it despite the game being bad, but when they're actually playing the game, it turns out to be much ''worse'' than he remembered.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: Joked about in the ''Abridgimon Movie'' April Fools video where Devimon (voiced by Grant) decides to join the Four Dark Masters (voiced by Kaiser, Taka, and Lani) while stating that [[SelfDeprecation having money was more important than his actual opinion on the product]][[note]]In reference to the fact that Grant joined Team Four Star despite not liking their keystone project ''Dragon Ball Z Abridged''. It should be noted that Grant genuinely is friends with the TFS members in real life and is not purely motivated by money. Also, he doesn't do any major work on ''[=DBZA=]''.[[/note]].
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Inverted. Grant does have an Internet username (Master Wuggles/Master [=WGS=]), but is rarely addressed by it in commentary, and unlike most other Team Four Star members, is probably better known by his real name than his alias. He shares this distinction with Kirran.
* OnlySaneMan: Tends to be a bit less insane than Lani and Kirran, though downplayed as he often goes along with their insanity.
** During the ''Franchise/KingdomHearts'' playthroughs he brought up a fan parody he was in called ''Disorganization XIII''. In that show, he voiced Axel, who was characterized as the OnlySaneMan to everyone else's craziness.
* PhraseCatcher: “[[PrecisionFStrike Fuck]] you, Grant!” Lirran says this to him when he keeps asking questions that put Lani and Kirran out of sync. While [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebRhB62JSeU announcing]] that ''Dragon Ball Z Abridged'' will be put on hiatus, Lani pulls out Grant and blames him for it, claiming to the audience that Grant deleted the scripts, smashed the editing rigs, and broke [=KaiserNeko=]'s hands for good measure, saying, “Fuck you, Grant,” before sending him off. Later that week, when Grant shows up for the Hurricane Harvey relief charity stream, the audience quickly fills the chat with “Fuck Grant” for that reason. They even have an audio clip on the soundboard for this exact phrase.
* TheReliableOne: Comes into play for some of the games they play like ''VideoGame/DarkSouls'', ''VideoGame/{{Pokemon}}'', and ''VideoGame/Hitman2016.'' Grant typically knows the most regarding strategies for the games and provides input for whoever tends to be running the controller.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When an audience vote to rename the Spray & Pray in "TFS Plays ''VideoGame/Fallout4''" chooses "Pecking Order", a ''DBZA'' reference, over the second place option, "[[Anime/TheBigO Ye Not Guilty]]", which Grant much preferred, he jokingly pretends to get fed up and leave the team.
* TheSmartGuy: While the [[InformedAttractiveness handsome]] part of his reputation for being "smart and handsome" is subjective, he definitely makes the more intelligent decisions during games.
* StrangeMindsThinkAlike: In the early parts of the ''VideoGame/{{Vampyr}}'' playthrough, he ends up struggling for an introductory nickname because Lani just so happened to use the same vampire reference he was going to make.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior: In "TFS Plays ''VideoGame/Fallout4''", after seeing the titular nuclear fallout, Grant is reminded of and recounts an incident[[note]]He responded to a school assignment asking how one person could change the world by talking about a single person gathering and using all the [[WeaponsOfMassDestruction Weapons of Mass Destruction]] simultaneously, which contrasted vastly with everyone else's answers of planting trees like Johnny Appleseed and other such philanthropist efforts.[[/note]] in eighth grade when he demonstrated this and was immediately sent to the principal's office for it.

!!Ben 'Creator/{{hbi2k}}' Creighton
* CollectiveIdentity: After Kirran leaves the "TFS Plays BATMAN Telltale" series, Ben takes his place. Since Kirran and Grant were referring to themselves as the "two halves of the World's Greatest Detective" taking on Batman as their protégé, Ben ends up being 0.27 of the world's greatest detective in Kirran's absence. By the end of ''The Enemy Within'', he is .69 of the world's greatest detective.
* DeadpanSnarker: Frequently gives this kind of comedy in the commentary.
* GuestStarPartyMember: His initial inclusion in part 15 of "TFS Plays BATMAN Telltale" treated him as this, though he stuck around for the rest of that series while Kirran was absent.
* OldShame: Throughout his and [=KaiserNeko=]'s playthrough of ''VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes'', he looks up some old blog posts he made analyzing the game as TrueArt when he first played it and recites the words of "pretentious 2008 Ben" in a faux-intellectual, sophisticated-sounding manner of speaking.
* SesquipedalianLoquaciousness: [=KaiserNeko=] describes "pretentious 2008 Ben" as this, and his blog posts show that he was trying to invoke this as a way of FeigningIntelligence.
* SixthRanger: He doesn't appear as much as the main trio, but he has joined in on numerous Let's Plays enough to count as this.

!!Scott 'Creator/KaiserNeko' Frerichs
Co-writer, co-creator, and main editor of ''Dragon Ball Z Abridged''. He’s originally a member of "TFS Plays Classic" Crew alongside Lani, Taka, and Ganxingba. Also he’s a part of the Furry Fandom.
----
* ButtMonkey:
** Gets a lot of crap from his teammates in the early days. And he alongside Taka were pretty much the unluckiest players when they play Left 4 Dead 2, one particular moment was that he was soaked in Boomer bile '''AND''' pounced by a Hunter, almost simultaneously.
** He especially becomes this when playing ''VideoGame/AmongUs'' with the team, in no small part due to Lani’s “Toss Kaiser” feud with him.
* CriticalDissonance: Scott stated in [=DBcember=] 2017 that, unlike the majority of Western fans, he believes that the first half of ''Manga/DragonBall'' is the series best as opposed to ''Anime/DragonBallZ''.
* DeadpanSnarker: Oh so much.
* EmbarrassingNickname: While Scott doesn't mind being called "Kaiser" he has admitted that he regrets adding the "Neko" part of his screen name believing that it was him pandering to meme culture and wishes he could retroactively remove it.
* HappilyMarried: To his husband, biology instructor Cristopher J. Kirkhoff.
* OldShame: Scott is not fond of his old ''Anime/LupinIII'' abridged series believing that it was mostly just a bunch of memes strung together.
** During the 10th Anniversary Stream of ''DBZ Abridged'', Scott spends almost the entirety of the first season's portion cringing and face palming at how bad he thought everything looked and sounded in hindsight.
*** He acts the same during his and Lani's commentaries for DBZA.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Like most TFS members, he is better known by his username than his real name.
* SixthRanger: He’s usually too busy editing ''DBZA'' to join in the games as frequently as the others, but he participates every now and then.
* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Due to favoring the original Japanese version of ''Dragon Ball'', he exhibits a few examples of these. He’s the one who insists on spelling Freeza with two Es and avoids the Funimation spelling with an i. In one of the Episode Breakdowns, he even reveals that he types Krillin’s name as Kuririn when writing the script for ''DBZA'' despite the name always getting pronounced like in the English dub when they record the lines.
* StraightGay: He's not very campy himself, but he's HappilyMarried to Cristopher J. Kirkhoff.

----
* TheAlcoholic: At least his [=VTuber=] avatar is portrayed as a recovering one.
** He has, however, mentioned that he used to have a problem with substances in real life, but has since recovered and has been sober for over two years.
* AmbiguouslyBi: Even Kaiser is somewhat stumped.
-->'''Kaiser:''' We have Lanipator, who's comfortably straight. We have ''Creator/MasakoX'', who's ''painfully'' straight. And then we have Takahata who's...straight?
-->'''Taka (chuckling):''' It's true.
* AttentionDeficitOohShiny: Tends to derail the subject during a conversation. He reveals during their Memestream that he bought himself a fidget spinner for his ADDD.
* BadassBaritone: He's very good at this when voicing Perfect Cell in WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged and Alucard in WebVideo/HellsingUltimateAbridged.
* TheBadGuyWins: During the ''VideoGame/{{Panzermadels}}'' playthrough, Taka wants Erwin to end up with [[{{Yandere}} Shenanigans-chan]]([=IS2=]) while Zito wants Tina (Tiger). Taka goes to great lengths to sabotage Zito's dates with Tina, finally succeeding on the last episode of the playthrough.
* TheBartender: What he portrays himself as while being a Virtual Youtuber. With a dose of recovering from alcoholism too.
* BigOMG: When an ''WebVideo/AttackOnTitanAbridged'' reference is made by the Gunnery Sergeant in ''VideoGame/{{Panzermadels}}''.
* {{Bishonen}}: His [=VTuber=] avatar pretty much plays up his beautiful and handsome good looks for all it's worth.
* BloodKnight: In TFS Plays Classic, he has a habit of trying to fight practically everyone and everything. Ranging from his enemies, to the local wild life, to even his own allies.
--> '''Lani:''' Taka, why!? Why do you keep fighting things!?
--> '''Taka:''' (In a low gravely voice) I don't fight them, they fight me.
--> '''Lani:''' Stop it!
--> '''Gan:''' (Trying to hold back laughter) And they win apparently!
--> '''Lani:''' They win a lot!
* ButtMonkey: Gets a lot of abuse in the TFS Plays Classic days, mostly due to his own stupidity or Gan deliberately trying to hurt him, or actively trying to get him killed, or Gan just outright trying to murder him. [=HFIL=], maybe even a mixture of all of the above.
** Especially in their [=MemeStreams=] concerning ''Videogame/PlayerunknownsBattlegrounds'', it's usually him who get's killed or at least downed first.
** This even extends to his [=VTuber=] career as most of his guests tend to take pleasure in causing him misery.
* CanadaEh: Taka is Canadian and records his side of the commentary from Canada, while Zito records from New York. It tends to be the butt of a few jokes here and there back in the TFS Plays Classic playthroughs.
* ChainsawGood: Always gets excited at the prospect of getting a chainsaw, as he puts it in his own words:
--> '''Taka:''' I'm an artist with a chainsaw!
* ChickMagnet: Due to his good looks and great voice acting abilities, quite a lot of gals (fans or otherwise) have a liking for him. In fact during his guest appearance on Lewdcast (prior to his debut as [=VTuber=]), hosted by Projekt Melody, Ironmouse and Silvervale. Most of the gals are left giggling messes due to his Alucard voice.
* DeadpanSnarker: Just like most members of TFS, he's not afraid to lay on the snark. Both Taka and Zito frequently indulge in this, especially in the visual novels in any way related to catgirls or at least most bad visual novels.
* {{Foil}}: Is this to ''WebVideo/MattMcMuscles'' when a member of the Ustabiaz.
* TheGadfly: He tends to have a habit of bugging on certain members when something enrages them or at least brings them cringe or exasperation. He showcases this a lot when something enrages Zito, Taka tends to pour salt in the wound by bugging Zito about it in their playthroughs.
* LaughingMad: Very prone to it, either out of his [[TheGadfly Gadfly tendencies]] or due to crossing the DespairEventHorizon or just because. In the start of the Raging Blast 2 playthough, he's pretty much doing nothing but having a drunken laughing/giggling fit.
* LeeroyJenkins: During his old TFS Plays Classic days, he had a habit of charging in head first into combat whilst everyone is trying to catch up to him, which predictably ends up badly of him.
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: Both in real life and also with his [=VTuber=] avatar.
* MistakenIdentity: While it doesn't happen to him vice versa, a lot of people do tend to mistake Kirran for him.
* MotorMouth: He tends to talk… '''A LOT.'''
--> There's a reason why we call him, [=Talk-a-lot-a101=].
* NeverSplitTheParty: In the old ''VideoGame/Left4Dead'' and ''VideoGame/{{Evolve}}'' playthroughs he almost always splits up with everyone, usually ending up with him either incapacitated or dead, sometimes even incredibly early in game.
* ScreamingWarrior: Screams a lot in combat during The Classic days, especially when he gets [[ChainsawGood a Chainsaw]] in ''VideoGame/Left4Dead''. He still screams a lot whenver he's brought into a TFS Gaming video that involves combat.
* StraightManAndWiseGuy: His and Zito's thing in a nutshell. He's more often than not the Wise Guy. Although he also tends to be the Wise guy to whomever he's paired up with or at least plays or works alongside with.
* SuddenlyShouting: Just like most members of Team Four Star when it comes to gaming, he's not above with loudly screaming just because. Then again he is one of the leading writers and voice actors for Dragon Ball Z Abridged, so it's to be expected.
* TemptingFate: During an episode of ''Corona Blossom Vol. 1'', Kumiko claims she can pull a maneuver while piloting the robot. Taka, believing the image will stay static, says he will [[ADateWithRosiePalms jerk off]] to ''Nekopara'' porn if the robot moves on-screen. Guess what happens…
-->'''Taka:''' I should've stipulated that it had to look real!

* DeadpanSnarker: It almost seems like a job requirement for TFS at this point.
* DespairEventHorizon: Crosses it during Episode 8 of ''Corona Blossom Vol. 1'' and frequently commutes to and from it afterwards.
* DrowningMySorrows: Tends to chug down drinks when encountering outlandish elements, to the point where he jokes his body has become 95% booze, achieving immortality.
* INeedAFreakingDrink: Very often.
* MemeticMutation: In the TFS streams of ''Civilization VI'', his nation's [[PlanetOfHats motif]] is memes.

Trope is about a character that is The Dreaded, not about the character that is afraid of The Dreaded.

* TheDreaded: After Piper turns on him in the Vault 81 incident, the Captain lives in fear of her and looks over his shoulder paranoid that the Silver Shroud will come back.

Added DiffLines:

** He especially becomes this when playing ''VideoGame/AmongUs'' with the team, in no small part due to Lani’s “Toss Kaiser” feud with him.

They even have an audio clip on the soundboard for this exact phrase (which, for added humor, is said by Grant himself).
