Which incarnation of Zelda are we using here? It seems like we're going by the official games, but I don't recall a time when she was extremely critical of Link as a hero...well, unless you count her as Tetra in Wind Waker.

I'm not saying to boot Zelda from the house, just that I think she needs a better trope to be the Goddess of. Perhaps Goddess of High Princesses? Although I think she'd be better as Goddess of Being A Princess Despite There Being No Queen. XD

Actually, IS there a trope for that?

EDIT: Apparently, there is. Princesses Rule.

Celestia and Luna are the goddesses of that one already. And what Zelda we are using? I think this is Composite Character thing.

I find it odd that there's no mention whatsoever about the cartoon though.

Think we could add in Elsa here? I can think of a few possibilities she could be goddess of, though nothing too definite, other than possibly something like "Goddess of Sorceress Queens." (This would be separate from the Magocracy bit under Ozma, due to a Magocracy ruling over a magical population, while Elsa is the only magical one in her kingdom, barring Rapunzel's brief visit.)

I second that Elsa should be on here.

I don't mind Elsa being around, the problem is her coverage. The Ice Queen isn't a literal queen of ice, it's a cold person. The title is already held in the House of Emotion.

So who will be the wielder of the Tomboy Princess name? I was suggesting Princess Daisy, but does anyone else have suggestions?

I've made a template.

The King of Town, God of Royals Constantly Eating (KOT, The Of Town)
  • Theme Song: The King of Town's Very Own Quite Popular Cartoon Show Theme Song
  • Rank: Demigod
  • Symbol: His own Crown
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Fat Ass, Unhealthy People, Big Eaters, Eating a Ton of Food
  • Domains: Big Eater, Royals Who Do Nothing, Orcus on His Throne
  • Followers: His subjects.
  • Allies: Homsar, Strong Bad (he denies it) The Cheat (For the free rent barbecue grill)
  • Enemies: Strong Bad, Strong Sad.
  • High Priest: King Wapol
  • Claims to be Marzipan's father, she denies this and asserts that he's doing it make himself look better by association.
  • He and Strong Sad do not get along for reasons neither will discuss.
  • The Cheat's house is his barbecue grill, the King lets him stay there rent free.
  • Employs a Poopsmith for reasons he can no longer remember.
  • Rarely stays at his own temple, instead hangs around the House of Food, eating whatever butter filled or deep fried foods he can get his hands on.
  • Is banned from the House of Beasts for trying to eat the animals within.

If you are implying he's a Big Eater, then sorry we already have two of those (Kirby and Pac Man).

This page needs a God/ess of Royals Who Actually Do Something, shouldn't it?

Given that The Caligula lists itself as a drawback of hereditary rulers would you think that Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus Germanicus should be appointed god of insane monarchs? Or one of the notable fictional examples of the trope he named such as Cartagia of Babylon 5?

Can we nominate Prince Zuko for an additional title as God of Princes in Exile? Also willing to nominate Princess Yue as Goddess of Winter Royal Lady and Lunar Goodness, since she technically ascended in her own series.

I'd also like to nominate King Henry VIII of the House of Tudor as God of Heir Club for Men and The Bluebeard.

We can invite Zelda back as the Goddess of the Well, Excuse Me, Princess!. (Technically, she's already a descendant of a descended goddess, which could also be a title)...

Emperor Caligula can ascend for the trope he named.

Padmé Amidala for Goddess of Elective Monarchy and Unlimited Wardrobe. And Emperor Palpatine for political climbing.

Anyone want to nominate the Burger King for anything?

There should be gods of things like Adipose Rex and King Incognito. Any suggestions?

Is there a rule against inviting Elvis and Michael Jackson?

Elvis and MJ aren't about royalties. They're just referred as King of Rock and King of Pop because they're damn good in their field of expertise, not because of royal blood.

Since this is a house of royalty and such, I was wondering if we should add the Disney Princesses and that their titles would be "Princess of X", etc. Does anyone agree or disagree with this notion?

How about placing all the princesses under one banner and call it Princesses of Disney.

But they are the most iconic. And no Leith Sol, that would be unfair. Most specifically, not all of the disney princesses are of royal blood. We must also consider those who got married into the family and whether or not they qualify for being a god in this house.
