You're supposed to say what your character would do in response to the above character's actions (though it's up to the next poster whether they "actually" did it), not just post about your villain/hero.

Given that he (apparently) vastly changed the world for the better, but uses his profits from same to stay in control and go after his enemies...I'm forced to question whether that counts as 'evil'.

Alexander Krons is unknown to the world. He was born the son of a loyal associate of Joseph Andyrm, who won the War of Devastation, and considers himself to owe House Andyrm a debt of honor for the treatment afforded his father after he was crippled. He was assigned as bodyguard to the scion, Katherine Andyrm, as she joins the House Line Academy amid rumors of discontent among the rest of the Great Houses, now marginalized by Joseph Andyrm's paranoia and stranglehold on power in the Council. He is also the Rogue Power Time, and nigh-unbeatable in any physical combat.
Now, everything seems to be collapsing. An overwhelmingly powerful opponent seeks Katherine's life in his quest to restabilize the Council's politics. Joseph Andyrm is dead, and his enemies in the Council are squabbling over his power. Forced to flee the Academy, Alexander decides that the only hope to save Katherine from her enemies is to find out who is ultimately behind the turmoil, and put them down.
Heaven knows how this will coexist with either of the previously specified worlds. Also, I'm beginning to think that I use Too Many Capital Letters.

Okay, saying this again: aren't you supposed to be having your characters respond to what the previous character is doing (or at least saying how they would respond)? This isn't the "Pitch Your Villain/Hero" thread.

Yes, but without a few more specifics it's hard for me to say how anyone would respond to either the demonic invasion or the corporate overlord.

Okay...
So, realistically, if either of the above takes Alexander as an actual opponent, he's probably screwed (unless he can get lucky and come within shooting range of them (unless they're invulnerable 
)). But, in response to the demonic invasion, he'd probably just end up killing whatever demons come at him until...well, it would be hard to beat him through force of numbers, because you can't fit that many demons into enough space to attack him. Probably he'd just kill them all until they start trying to bomb him. (Do the demons have bombs? Or equivalent big-damage area-of-effect attack?) The Corrupt Corporate Executive...he'd have no reason to go after, until they come after him. At which point he'd try to hunt them down.

Okay my character Slasher 2 would help keep Katherine alive, keep Alexander from finding out who is causing the turmoil, and start several wars in order to keep everyone busy while Slasher 2 prepares his plans in secret.
Slasher 2 waits in his ship in the outer reaches of our solar system waiting. He has planted a virus that will turn the infected into his new army in three months and after he brain washes them. His werewolf like wolves are breeding on planet out of sight.
He patiently waits for the most opportune time to strike.

Jeffrey Hall would seek to gain a sample of the virus by any means necessary. Being proficient in biochemistry, he could possibly find a way to cure it, or even mutate it into something benevolent.
But to get the sample, he'd need to figure out where it was being developed. Since his target is in deep space, that leaves him with no choice but to steal experimental tech and open a fold that he and his Five Mand Band can use to take the fight to the enemy.

Slasher 2 would attempt to capture all or some of the heroes, infect them, brainwash them and send them back with the group. Slasher 2 would then try to rig it so that the heroes got an older virus that he made.
Three months later. Slasher 2 strikes the planet with a seeming infinite amount of soldiers that consist of humans turned into brainwashed animals with guns, grenade launchers, and other weapons, giant wolves, and mind controlling spiders that latch onto the spinal cord.

I changed accounts.
Omega would face the army head-on, being immune to spinal tap through his Amplifier Artifact Power Armor and fairly capable at combat. If he was unable to defeat them alone, he would work with local military forces to defeat them.
Omega would then, assuming he defeated the army, find a way to put himself in close proximity to Slasher 2, and attack him directly.

Having witnessed his forces defeated Slasher 2 instead of continuing the assault would retreat, rebuild his forces on another world, and wait for man to forget him. As for anyone getting close, Slasher 2's primary escape route would be a wormhole.

Meanwhile, Alexander is dodging hostiles, of all sides. He's kind of reactive. If he gets annoyed sufficiently by any one faction, he attempts to find out who controls it (easy enough, since Katherine can read minds) and kill them.

Her demon invasion halted, Kayla would grow more embittered and intent on revenge. Knowing of Slasher 2's plans, and liking the cut of of his jib, she would send her minions to find him and offer a Villain Team-Up.
The man currently known as "Evil Alex" is hell-bent on power, hell-bent on knowledge, and just generally hell-bent. An Evil Sorcerer who isn't afraid to use science as well, his base of power is located in Another Dimension, but he maintains an active interest in Earth, both out of something approximating sentimentality (it's his homeworld) and out of its value as a natural hub between the worlds. He takes a long view on his plans, as he's been thwarted and killed before, only to return through a supply of cloned bodies.
While remaining uninvolved with the direct conflicts, Alex would see the chaos sweeping the world as a classic opportunity. Sending in his agents, he would attempt to keep his eye on everything going on, but avoid direct contact with all factions except one: Kayla. He would approach the demon queen through intermediaries and offer a deal: his agents, more suited to behind-the-scenes work then her minions, are to bring her the man she seeks. In exchange, he requests the services of some of those same demonic minions... they'd be sure to come in handy.

Kayla would not only eagerly accept the deal, but throw in a few of her servants early as incentive. The only thing she would ask is that Kuro, the man she seeks, not be harmed in any way beyond what's necessary to collect him. The other woman he's with—she couldn't care less what happens to her.
But if there were a way to discredit the other woman and/or make Kuro willingly come to Hell, Kayla would double the number of forces Alex asked for.

Slasher 2 would watch and see what would become of the alliance between the demon queen and the unknown ally and attempt to find out who it was and make sure they didn't find out who found them out.
Slasher 2 would accept an alliance with the demon queen and attempt to manipulate the demon queen's demons' genes in order to make them better and see what would happen when they are introduced to the virus.

A Just for Fun thread and game. A poster starts by posting something that their hero/villain/anti-hero/anti-villain would do. The next poster then states what their hero/villain/anti-hero/anti-villain would do in response. The next character posts what theirs would do in response to that, and then the next character reacts, and then the next...and so on and so on.
The thread is fairly straightforward, but make sure that when you replay, you don't say what your character has done as if it's already transpired. In the spirit of fun, just say what your character would try to respond with, and leave it up to the next poster whether or not they interfere or let it happen.
With that said, I'll go first:
Anti-Villain Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds Kayla was separated from the love of her life when she trapped herself in Fire and Brimstone Hell during an Orphean Rescue against the previous Big Bad. Much later, she has finally conquered all of the underworld and rules as a queen. Immortal, beautiful, and now immensely powerful, she still lacks one thing...
When using her Surveillance as the Plot Demands, she learns that The Hero (the immortal she sacrificed herself for) has moved on to a Second Love. Outraged and resentful, she gathers The Legions of Hell and prepares to invade the living world to reclaim what's "rightfully hers", willing to start global armageddon just to retake one man...
