This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

Grammar and such minor clean up for Live-Action TV:
- Gotham: Jerome Valeska, who appears in "The Blind Fortune Teller" and the first three episodes of season 2, ends up in Arkham Asylum for murdering his mother. When interrogated, he laughs it off as if it was a joke. In season 2, he and several other inmates are recruited into the Maniax gang by Theo Galavan. Jerome functions as the de facto leader, announcing their presence by throwing several hostages off a roof. Later, he attempts to set a bus full of high school cheerleaders on fire and shoots up the GCPD station, personally killing Commissioner Essen, and kills one of his men for cracking a joke he was about to make. Following the massacre, he announces on live TV that the people of Gotham "ain't seen nothing yet". Later, Jerome kills his father when the carnival is back in town, and poses as a magician to hold a children's hospital charity hostage, killing the deputy mayor. He plans to kill thirteen-year-old Bruce Wayne, threatening his butler Alfred to draw him out. When he gets his hands on Bruce, he begins to slowly slit his throat in the following standoff. While his death prevents him from growing up to be Gotham's most infamous villain, we see that it sets the inspiration for more maniacs to come.
Both of these are done.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanLet's clean up the writeup for :
- Return of the Fly: Alan Hines (real name Ronald Holmes) is an industrial spy who betrays Philippe to steal the teleporter's plans for himself and murders a British agent who tries to stop him. Once he discovers that the teleporter can mix and match living things, he knocks out Philippe in a fight, places the unconscious Philippe in the teleporter and adds a fly, knowing Philippe will come out a monster.

Headscratchers.Pokemon Archive Late 2010 has a link to Two Words Obvious Trope (mentioned some posts above), can it be changed to the new name?
In my various journeys, i found that Yiff has links to But You Screw One Goat (change to Bestiality is Depraved) and a link to Mickey Mouse without the Western Animation/ namespace in front.
Archives are not edited for any reason. Not even for namespacing purposes.
Replace WMG.Steven Universe with this: Sandbox.Steven Universe WMG

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWWE needs a cleanup, big-time. I know it was locked to prevent edit wars and all that, but the amount of natter, This Troper, violations of Repair Dont Respond, and "REALLY?! We've gone this long without even mentioning..." is legitimately painful.
