This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Chekovs Gun needs Gray's Anatomy namespaced to Literature
All of the Precure series pages have a redirect from their Main namespace to the Anime namespace page where all the content is (e.g. Main/SuitePrettyCure to Anime/SuitePrettyCure)... EXCEPT for the newest series (Anime/DokiDokiPrecure). I was going to add a redirect from Main/DokiDokiPrecure but the latter page is locked; can someone please edit in the redirect?

Change
- Averted, hard, in John Ringo's Special Circumstances.
- Averted, in John Ringo's Special Circumstances.
Two more:
- On Wikipedia, please remove the Defictionalization example. It doesn't seem to fit the trope. I would proabably move it to the Funny tab, since it is kind of amusing.
- On YMMV.Asperchu, please remove "Mind Screw" since a.) it's not YMMV, and b.) it's a Zero Context Example.

We're not creating any more Main redirects.
, Done.
The YMMV page for DmC: Devil May Cry shows the metacritic scores on the Critical Dissonance example, and I feel that should be removed, as they are obviously out of date and completely unnecessary (The external link to the metacritic page can stay, though). There's also an error with the brackets in that same example.

There's no place that you can hide/Something that's specialI fixed the bracketing, but that would seem to be a classic example of Critical Dissonance. How is it "out of date"? It is not complaining to note that fans and critics don't agree about a game.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Ah, I probably should have been clearer - by "out of date", I meant that the scores given on the example were no longer matching the scores they have on the metacritic page at the moment - the YMMV page says the critic score is 86/100 and the user score is 2.8/10, but as of now, the user score has risen to 4.6/10. Since, to quote the Examples Are Not Recent page, "TV Tropes is not static", it would be easier to simply have the link rather than having the scores themselves up for a while when certain variables are in a changeable state, especially since the YMMV page is locked for obvious reasons, so the edits have to be sent through this thread.
But yeah, must have been a miscommunication on my part. Here's hoping that the DMC flame war somehow dies down eventually, so I can easily edit the page again.

There's no place that you can hide/Something that's specialOh, I get it. I removed the specific values and left the Metacritic link.
