to go with Nickmom, Disney acquiring the rights to many 90's Nicktoons with intents on making new TV shows based on them, Cartoon Network losing its 6am and 7pm slots so [adult swim] can air more King of the Hill, and that Boomerang will be airing things like Harvey-era Family Feud, Bo Bo Bo-Bo Bo-Bo Bo, and The Walking Dead.
In other news, I kinda pulled a prank on my mom this morning. I told her there was a dead mouse in our cat's litter box and she ran over and looked inside.
"Where's the mouse?" "There isn't a mouse. Gotcha!"
There's also something that I've posted on these forums today that isn't real.

My previous joke was foiled Monday, so I couldn't go with that. (Who knew a poll would lead to that...)
As for today, all I did was increase the post count of one of my forum's admins by 10 000. (Whether I did that or not, he'd still have more posts than me.)
Dragon Riders is canceled and Team Dragon Rise is disbanded. I'm a failure as an administrator of two forums.

I think people have forgotten the true meaning of April Fools Day. :P
It isn't, or at least shouldn't be, about pulling dumb tricks on people we know for a fleeting opportunity to laugh at them.
It's about examining the thought processes, ideals, and expectations of daily life and systematically turning them upside down to expose the profoundly ridiculous side of our common human existence.
Instead all that is ever seems to be inverted in practice is simply "trust" and "normality".
